The mattresses were really hard which was okay for a few nights, but I imagine would be quite uncomfortable for a longer stay. The water supply for the shower & taps in the room is salt water which I think may be the case for most hotels on Phi Phi but good to note.

The hotel is in a great location, a short 2 minute walk from the ferry port. We had a pool access room, the room itself was basic but very clean and had everything we needed for the short stay. The pool area and location directly on the beach was great!

The smell and feeling of damp in the rooms really should be addressed as it lets down what is otherwise a good hotel in an unrivalled location.

The location of this property is phenomenal. It is close to everything you need on Phi Phi, yet we found that the street itself was quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The view from the main pool is what makes it super special. It took my breath away. The staff were lovely and so helpful too.

Beds were a little hard (just our opinion), and modifications needed for exiting pool on pool access rooms such as a ladder or similar per room. Some maintenance required.

Room - overpriced - as it had basic amenities only (e.g did not provide room slippers, robe or laundry bag), bathroom had sewer smell from time to time; many mosquitoes - so better to bring along some repellent Breakfast - was at another premise about 3 mins walk from the hotel

Location - very near the pier, Mc D and Burger King are less than 3 mins walk from the hotel Staff - friendly and helpful Pool - hotel has 2 pools, our room was with pool access, was very convenient with young kids

Do not get breakfast in with the room. Go buy it on the island some place! The hot food was cold and the cold food was hot, including chicken and hams and melted cheese! The food for Breakfast was uninspiring and cooked poorly! I think the hotel use a restaurant opposite the hotel for breakfast! They also put the chairs and tables too close to the edge of the concrete which found me chair up and falling into the sand below with food all over me when I shuffled my chair a fraction! Safetly did not be of a concern!

Location is awesome! Pool is 60 meters slowing us down to laps.

The beds are not comfortable. It seems to be mostly a common theme in asia. Floors need to be swept better. Was still sand on the floor when we got into our room. We didn’t get towels for our room, so luckily I had the forethought to get a couple extra pool towels. In their defense, we had the do not disturb sign up, however, they said they would deliver them between 5-6 and we said that was fine. Either way, was not a deal breaker.

Location, location, location! They gave us a free upgrade to a swim up room. Nice shower with good pressure and water temperature. The staff are great. We would stay again and highly recommend.

The comments about the damp rooms are unfortunately true, this causes the rooms to smell really bad, including the pillows. Also very pathetic excuse of a gym.

We had a pool access room of which the pool was very nice & more private than the main pool. Hotel is in a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the pier.

The hotel is clearly showing its age, so it could definitely do with some freshening up. I don't know if this applies to all rooms, but ours on the ground floor had a strong smell of damp and a slight mustiness. This makes it difficult for wet clothes to dry.

The hotel is located in the narrowest part of the island, so if you want to be close to civilization, you will be happy with its location. We got a room on the ground floor, so we had a "private" exit to the pool, which was a really nice convenience. Breakfast was served in the building next door and met our expectations, especially the selection of fresh and tasty fruits. The staff was nice and helpful.

Rooms got a little damp smelling, but we just left our doors open in the morning for a little bit and it was totally fine. The water used for the shower and basin was salty but no big deal.

Amazing location, great pool with amazing views and good adjoining bar. Great included breakfast as the restaurant next door.

The main thing that disturbed us was the sewage smell radiating more often than not from the bathroom to the whole room. The internet was unreliabale and unstable. The lighting in the bathroom was rather terrible and the whole unit lacked storing space, clothes and towel hangers and drying racks. The room access to the pool was rather challenging as there are only two sets of pool ladders for the whole floor.

The location of the hotel is excellent - a three minute walk to the pier, a one minute walk to the beach, practically in the centre of the busy tourist area, and yet the whole thing is surprisingly quiet. The breakfast restaurant view is absolutely stunning, while the food itself isn't at all bad. We particularly enjoyed the omelettes. The ground floor room we had offered direct pool access which was very cool. The other pool has excellent beach views. The room itself is large, with an enormous double bed and a decently sized single bed. The shower cabin is huge.
