No clotheshorse for wet swimwear or towels. It was not possible to book pool access room so we had to stay in the 2nd floor.

On the nice beach, nice pool, breakfast was super, great selection and sea view, spacious room with the balcony. Nice stuff. Few steps from the harbour.

Bed was a little bit harder to my liking but nothing you wouldn't withstand for a couple of nights. Also a little dissapointed with a gym, if you can call it that…

Location si really good if you want a quick access to the villiage and pier. Room was clean with nice view. Pool is also quite lovely. Good breakfast is served in another building across the street with an outdoor seating overlooking the beach.

In our bathroom the shower curtain was really grubby, but thankfully the shower is big enough you didn’t touch it! The bed was extremely hard, so I woke up with a lot of aches. However, the staff were fabulous when I asked for an extra doona for me to sleep on, and straight away someone came to make the bed to put an extra layer on for me.

Amazing location, lovely staff. We had the pool view room, and it was great. Staff took our luggage all the way to the pier for us. Breakfast is outside of the hotel, but at a little restaurant on the beach, it’s great. Good choice for breakfast too! Asked staff for recommendations where to eat/visit, they were great recommendations!

Breakfast was really poor and disgusting, we went to other restaurants to have our breakfast by our own in the next days of staying in Phi Phi, unfortunately. and the mattress was not comfortable at all.

Location is perfect, 2 min walk from the pier, and from the beach on the other side, close to all restaurants, shops, shows and not too much close that it won't be noisy at night, the pool access from the room is amazing, breakfast is great

The location was excellent to visit the island! The pool is very insteresting. The view from breakfast is amazing. And the breakfast not being sumptuous is very good. The hotel goes literally from one bay to the other

Most of the gym equipment was not properly functioning and in some cases unsafe . Maintenance is definitely required.

The Hotel is centrally located to the walking street , harbour and beaches. The room was clean and a good size . I enjoyed the direct pool access

Multiple times housekeeping forgot there were 3 of us in a 3 pax room and we had to ask for extra towels. Due to the quick turn around in the rooms, the towels either need to be bleached or replaced. They are a bit brownish. The hotel needs some extra love like a fresh coat of painting and a more updated decor at the reception area. The bathroom needs a bit of bleach to remove the mouldy spots due to poor ventilation. AC unit/air vents also require a deep a clean in order to avoid respiratory allergies. Unfortunately one of us had severe allergy reaction and had to rush to the pharmacy. Breakfast was delicious with a range of fresh fruit, bread, pancakes and Asian style breakfast. The water was salty, could be replaced with mineral water. The juice was away too sweet and egg station sort of hidden. It took us a while to locate it. Again, the repeated old classics playlist at breakfast could also be improved to something more uplifting or lounge like. Staff as always extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location and friendly staff! The hotel put together an amazing feast for the NYE celebration with traditional Thai dancers and costumes. Everything beautifully done! The choice of western songs could had been more uplifting to set the mood.

I read the reviews about the hard beds and thought it couldn’t be that bad but they were right. The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. The breakfast selection is also quite average. The shower curtain and internal window to the bed is a bit unnecessary. Shower curtains always feel unclean.

Both bed sheets had some kind of white tiny stuff like sand . I ask to change sheets but still no improvement, I think it was the detergent chunks not rinsed off !

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Cleaners were leaving doors open when cleaning, which then let a lot of mosquitoes into the room.

Due to weather conditions at the time that we stayed in the hotel, the rooms became extremely damp, to the point that the floor was literally wet. Turning the AC level and temperature down helped, but the rooms turned too chilly because of that.
