Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Jersey- gym doesn't open until 8am. This is way too late for people like us who want to work out before a relatively early breakfast. - stray cats on and under the gym equipment, one of which was so sleepy/unwell, we couldn't make it move. Didn't want to touch it as it looked flea-bitten - we were awakened 2 nights by very drunk people making a racket just outside the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, but the convenient location does mean that it can be noisy - maintenance could be better. Bathroom drains smelled occasionally and the hotel room door handle fell off at first use. It was obviously about to fall off when we arrived so the housekeeping staff must have decided not to report it. The best-run hotels have housekeeping staff who report these things so they can be fixed before incoming guests are inconvenienced. I reported it and the maintenance team glued it back on rather than properly screwing it back on. So it fell off again and was unusable for our entire stay, which made leaving the room a bit awkward.
- location. The Reception is only about 150m from the port, it's literally a 2mins walk at the most. The hotel stretches almost to the other side of the narrow patch of land separating the two bays, so access to the northerly Lo Dalum Beach is really easy too, from the hotel itself - reception staff were cheery and welcoming and were very quick to check us in and, as the room was ready, we could access it early - pool access room. This was really nice, complete with a terrace and sun loungers. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of free bottled drinking water, replaced daily -the long pool was, well, really long (!!) allowing proper swimming for a good distance (maybe 35 to 40 metres without stopping). - the hotel was fully booked but the pool was very quiet, so obviously not many people who use this hotel like swimming, which is great!!! -breakfast was really good; very attentive staff and a really good mix of Asian and Western options including an egg/omelette station. The staff were very friendly and professional. -View from the breakfast area; it looks north over Lo Dalum Beach and is basically virtually on the beach. It's a very nice place to take a leisurely breakfast and watch boats coming and going if the tide is up. - from this end of the hotel you are less than 25m away from kayak rental at B100 per hour/per person. After breakfast, take a kayak out for an hour, it's so simple (it is tidal though, so at low water the sea is some way off); just Google Phi Phi tide times and you can see the low/high water times for your stay

United Kingdomthe beds were quite firm - pillows were great! you can hear to base of the music from the bars at the other end of the beach at night time- it didn’t stop me from falling asleep but just to advise others if this may be an issue for them. Pool area needs some music
the best location for both port side and beach side. I’ve never stayed at a hotel which has acres to both sides of an island within 30 seconds. the rooms were spacious for the 3 of us. pool and partial beach view is great! breakfast was great and different every day (although found it strange they offer carbonara and pad Thai for breakfast some days!!) staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

BangladeshToilet Amenities weren't provided ( Like Toothbrush & Toothpaste ). We had to buy those from Seven Eleven Store in the Morning. Staff number were inadequate in terms of Rooms. Service was delayed due to this. Room floor was made of Wooden panel which always becomes soggy & Wet if the Air Condition weren't run at minimum temperature.
The Hotel is a good Property and value for money with nearest Convenient Store and Beach. Breakfast was fabulous.

IndiaNothing disappointing, though rooms could have been more modern.
Perfect location, with the harbor at one side and beach at the other side. Great food, courteous staff and the sight seeing person was very helpful to arrange the island tour for us and the ferry tickets to Phuket. They had a separate good size bed for the kid too as booked.
