Everything. I looked at so many other places and so happy I decided on this one. Perfect location, we had pool room for most of our stay and extended so had other room. Breakfast good, my daughter loved pancakes, bacon egg good and fruit amazing 🙏 The only place I would stay on Phi Phi.

Pool can be slippy when getting in ! Main pool 1m 70 cm deep so have to be a gaint to stand up in it, would also be nice if there was a ledger to sit on in rhe pool to over look the bay.
Brilliant and plenty of choice! Even had bacon 🥓 😋 pool was lovely! Loved the welcome call everyone gets in the morning 🤣 Toiletries were brilliant too! My partner liked the glass window in the shower looking into the bedroom 🙄

The location is wonderful. 1 minute walk from the pier, right in the center, close to the beach bars and nightly fire parties. The pool access is nice

The staff did not compensate us in any way for the damage and the hotel manager dismissed her responsibility. a disgrace. Also, when we got to the room at the beginning of our stay, the sheets were stained and we had to call for cleaning. let alone that the water pressure was terrible and the mattress very hard. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!0/5

very spacious rooms, super great location with an amazing infinity pool towards a private beach with outstanding views. the breakfast was very good with different thai options and some american breakfast options. the pools that have access to pool dont have ladders so you have to jump in.

I asked if they had another room or something for the bed, but he said no. I checked out a day early because I had extreme back pain and was told then they would give me a pillow topper. Too late though. I needed medical treatment by then The rooms were dirty and fingerprints all over the glass. Some of the lights were broken.

The cleaning was not great! The general appearance of the hotel (paintwork/ exterior, old furniture and bathrooms).
Great location so close to the pier. There are 2 large pools which are great. We liked the pool access. Great for a 3 night stay, though if your looking for a quiet place to stay I would avoid as you will hear the music til 2am.
