Ideal location, away from the busiest part of the island so it wasn’t noisy at night as we were only surrounded by clothes shops etc. the room had a great balcony where we could sit and chill. Good air con! No complaints!!

The beds were hard, very little water pressure in the shower, no hairdryer.

Location of this hotel is great! The hotel is near everything. Even though the hotel is in the middle of mainstreet, you can’t hear any noise at night. Our room was clean.

I don't think there is anything we didn't like.

The Accommodation is a minutes walk from the port. The Accommodation is a few metres up the side of McDonald's right in the centre. The rooms were basic but everything we needed was here including a safe in the room.

Young drunk kids coming in at night can wake you up. But then again this is a party island.

As an older person, it was difficult getting up and down the stairs as there were no handrails. Staff helped with the luggage.

It was close to the ferry port so easy to get to and close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room we were initially given was on the basement floor with a door that led out to an alley. This didn't feel too secure but also meant cockroaches easily crawled in and ruined our first stay. The staff did move us to a room on a different level after we asked.

The staff are super friendly! And were happy to move to us to a different room. The location is perfect - the hotel is situated right in the middle of the main walkway so you have great access to both beaches. Despite it's location, it's surprisingly quiet too.

The mattress was not the softest, and there would be a funny smell coming from the bathroom every now and then. But just kept that door shut

The smell is vile ,I know PhiPhi the water is bad but I stayed in 3 separate hotels here in PhiPhi and this is deffo the worst the smell was stuck to our clothes , bags ect , also not the cleanest! Hair everywhere all over the lamps and bedside table and remote control for TV ! The place could do with a good deep clean beds need mattress toppers or something as I think it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor

Woman on reception was very nice ! Let us check in early , the location is very good so close to everything and beach just at the end of the road , hair dryer so good and powerful and bed sheets wore very clean and air con was great

However, I would rate it 6 out of 10 due to the limited facilities. There was no proper shower, no table in the rooms, and it was quite noisy during the daytime. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for convenience, but don’t expect many amenities.

Phi Phi Inn Hotel is conveniently located close to the pier and right on the main street, which made getting around easy. The staff was very friendly and quick to accommodate us with a room. Note that the hotel requires a 1000 baht deposit, which is returned at checkout. However, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 due to the limited facilities. There was no proper shower, no table in the rooms, and it was quite noisy during the daytime. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for convenience, but don’t expect many amenities.

The accommodation was very well located, and in general the quality-price ratio is very good. It is true that the water in the place does not smell very good, but it is not something that has to do directly with the hotel. If you want to stay a couple of nights to go out partying or take the different tours, it is a very good option, centrally located, very close to the pier and all the shops and restaurants.
