Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

For the price we actually expected less. But we were surprised by the good size of the room, refrigerator, safety box, shower gel and coffee on the room. We would come back.

CanadaBalcony was small but why would you chill there when the beach is a few mins walk.
Location! So close to everying. Few mins. walk to Ton Sai Pier to catch ferry. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Beach is also nearby as well. Beds and pillow are comfy (as with other hotels i've stayed at, must be a Thai thing, very impressed).

I didn't want to complain it wasn't going to fix the issues there are upgrades that need to happen

amazing location, helpful nice staff, 2 mins away from beach and from everything you need, balcony and hanging rack to hang things up which was helpful. Ac was very good. Such a beautiful island we decided to extend our stay at the hotel. Would definitely revisit.

The room was very dark and the only light we had flickered so bad the whole time we couldn’t even have the lights on. Bathroom is old and dirty! For the price you are paying we didn’t think it was very good value but I guess that’s Phi Phi!
