It was very very dated, the rooms were not the cleanest and the showers barely worked, the water in the bathrooms taste disgusting when brushing your teeth. Best thing about the room was the view.

The breakfast buffet was average. The service was average around the pool in offering drinks etc.

The views and pool are TO DIE FOR. Probably the best situated hotel on the island. Direct beach access and the best views possible. Located close to the port.

The beds were really hard and the bathrooms are very dated could do with a revamp. It suited us for two days but didn’t sleep well due to the hard beds.

Location is the best on the island it’s beautiful around the pool and the staff are fantastic they go above and beyond.

The bathroom was really disappointing.Clean but in need of an update.

The staff were all amazing. The location perfect, with an entrance on both coasts and beautiful grounds. The view from our window was breathtaking. I could always get a sun lounger or pop into the sea. I also really liked that it had a feeling of being Thai - with big open common areas and Thai wood carvings.

The pool had very rough stones around the edges of the steps into the water as well as along the sides of the pool. The kids got a few scrapes from this.

The location was excellent. Near the pier but away from all the party noise late at night. A good selection of food for the buffet breakfast and friendly and courteous staff.

Very noisy beach loud music vibrated through the hotel till 3 in the morning. Rooms and communal areas dated. Reception and cleaning staff helpful. Pool bar staff grumpy and didn't have time for you.

The room was really old, in the bathroom were cockroaches also in the bathroom downstairs by the lobby. It didn't look like a clean room because of them. The bed was really uncomfortable as well.

The staff was really nice and friendly, the view from the pool area was amazing. Perfect location if you want to go to other islands in the morning.

Hotel bedrooms are dated and could do with an upgrade. The shower had very poor water pressure so it was impossible to properly wash hair.

The pool area was very pretty and showed off the scenery of the island beautifully.

The bathroom, crusty curtains, noisy at night

The location is close to the market, ferry, long boats. The hotel & room are old but mostly clean although this area outside is packed & tons of plastic trash, butts & noisy. Bring earplugs. It's good for a couple nights max. The pool is excellent but get there early for a chair or late afternoon. The bed is very hard. It's nice they feed the resident cats.

Need some renovation, no water pressure and hot water.The cleaners start their work around seven in the morning and they use very noisy walkie-talkies. Very disturbing.

Wi-Fi is terrible. Only in public areas and not in the rooms. A bit noisy from party in the beach, but not to bothering for us (we all sleep good).

The view to the water and over the pool was amazing! The pool was huge and easy and close access to beach. Very close to town, but still not to close. Still could hear some music in the night, but not to bad! But for sure the view was the number one thing we loved about this place! Breakfast ok, with buffé.

Bathroom was tired, and not very clean, for example I had to remove a large cockroach from it.

Great location and room had a gorgeous sea view. Pool area was lovely.

The tap in the bathroom was occasionally giving jolts of electricity through the running water. Possibly due to a grounding/electrical issues. It wasn't painful but it was a bit unnerving.

Shower pressure, outdated.

The property is outdated and could do with some repairs and maintenance. Pathways are cracked and dangerous, bedrooms are outdated. Shower had cracks in the tiling that were sharp and shower pressure was abysmal
