Our bathroom needed a little maintenance otherwise everything was great

The location was great, it was so convenient. It was a perfect base for us to get our bearings on what Koh Phi Phi had to offer. The pool was great to cool off in a lovely well maintained setting. Special thanks to the amazing reception ladies who were so accommodating and extremely helpful.

Amazing location! Seriously so convenient. Walked to the hotel from the pier - and the hotel has immediate access to the Loh Dalum Beach. Though a bit dated, our room was clean and spacious. Our room was on the 3rd floor - we got lucky and had a great view of the pool area/beach. Breakfast had great variety and the food was tasty! Note - there must be some sort of club nearby. We could hear music until early morning. Didn't bother me, but might be a bit annoying for people who are sensitive to sound. Also, it was a walkup to the room - can be a bit difficult to carry up or bring down your big suitcases.

Our Location was perfectly situated in Tonsai Bay next to ferry and speedboat drop-off with the most amazing views of the mountains and ocean to the front and back of the hotel. Amazing staff that surprised us with a personalised message to congratulate us on our 25th wedding anniversary.

The breakfast was not great. Bacon was gray and tasted old and like old oil that hasn’t been changed. Pancakes were set. Fruit wasn’t great. Juice was cheap and super sweet. The hotel was in need of renovations.

The location was great, close to town but just on the outskirts. The pool area is awesome and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful especially the ladies on the front desk.

The room isn’t super soundproof, can hear the nightlife at night and other noises from the room that woke me up. The bed was a super firm mattress felt like sleeping on springs.

Perfect location, an easy walk from the pier and the views from my room were amazing, having the pool and the beach right there was beautiful!

This hotel doesn't have elevators, so expect to carry your luggage and baby prams up the stairs.

The location of this hotel was great as it was right in the middle of the town, so very convenient to get out and explore. Beaches on both sides, so you can pick the one that is the best for swimming each day. We had 2 connecting rooms which was very convenient. The rooms were very large, with basic amenities. The pool area is great, with an excellent view over the ocean. Breakfast was ok, enough choice, but not outstanding. WIFI was hit and miss at times.

The hotel is a little noisy early hours of the morning, the wifi is not thst great and the food can be improved a little.

The location is perfect, you arrive from the ferry and its a few easy steps to the hotel lobby. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. The views are phenomenal and the pool and beach access perfect.

Staff needs a bit more training on helping out guests. Overall i just felt it wasn't a comfortable stay. The shower was terrible, water was just a trickle.

This hotel NEEDS a refreshing. A lot of little details damage the perception. Like everywhere we have been in Thailand, systematic littering makes streets, forests and beaches look like open dumps. It started literally at the edge of the hotel. So you are in a classy pool, and your eyes linger on a disgustingly multicolor ocean of plastic waste 2 m away... In a country were workforce is so cheap, can not an upper hand hotel like cabana invest a few bucks in cleaning its surrounding ? Actually it is a shame. All in all, the price was high compared to Thailand standard

You simply cannot beat the view (we had the most scenic family room with 180° windows on 2 bays) Nice breakfast Very nice and helpful personnel (Thailand seems to have a great culture of smile and helpfulness)

The rooms themselves are not much to look at...it is similar to a cheap motel in the States...but the view more than makes up for it.

This property is all about the location. The large pool overlooks the Strait of Malacca with its series of small islands jutting out from the sea. It is located very close to the dock as well as the bustling town with all the tourists. There is not much of a beach directly in front of the hotel because of the rocks but the view toward the sea is exceptional nevertheless.
