The beds were a little hard and the sprayer by our toilet didn't work. The water pressure wasn't the best but it was doable.

The place is beautiful! Pool was great and looked over Loh Dalum beach which is way better than Ton Sai beach. I didn't find the night life noise to be a problem. You could hear it a little but inside the room it was barley noticeable. The room was good except for the hard beds. We have noticed that must be a Thailand thing though because everywhere we went the beds were the same. Phi Phi was amazing and I would definitely go back again. I was a little nervous with the bad reviews but we had a great time and loved how beautiful it is. The breakfast at the hotel was also really good and lots to choose from. There is also so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance to the hotel. The location is great.

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!

People lie when they say phi phi is bad. We loved it. Irish bar 10/10. Stay at Phi Phi!!! Rooms GREAT, good view. And boy oh boy don’t even get me started on that pool!!! Different levels for different swimming capabilities….. my wife has never been so impressed!!! Especially since wee Johnny hasn’t finished swim school yet hah!!

• The rooms were disappointing—dirty, outdated, and clearly not renovated for a long time. • The bed was extremely uncomfortable; you could feel every spring in the mattress, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. • The bathroom was in poor condition and did not meet expectations. • The curtains were stained and dirty, adding to the overall unclean feel of the room. • Housekeeping seemed minimal—apart from sweeping the floor and making the bed, no real cleaning was done. A stain on the table from check-in remained untouched throughout the stay.

• The swimming pool is a highlight, offering spectacular views, and in the morning, finding a sunbed is easy. • Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of vegetables, fruits, and freshly made eggs. • The staff was helpful and accommodating.

wifi didnt work, shower was literally a dribble with a slimy floor. Worst bed ever. Toilet seat had red stains on it. TV worked sometimes. Two of the power points didnt work. Pool seats were reserved all day with no management in sight. Horrible experience, one star mistake.

Fair place but expensive for what you get. The only thing to highlight is the pool and its view, good breakfast, and nothing more.

No lift in main building. Poor cleanliness, blood on mattress protector and stained sheets on arrival, Cockoaches in the room. Impossible to sleep due to music from nightly beach parties until 3am. TV channels non existent. Rooms need updating.

location is great. All rooms apear to have sea view. and you can acess both main beachs from the hotel. The hotel is very beautifull and breakfast has local and western options. Water bottles available free in the room.

The hotel is tired. It feels old. No elevators, although 2 higher floors. Bed is uncomfortable. Wood furniture lost polish and chipped. Bathroom is dated. Water doesn’t run or heat properly. Missing tiles. Even the shower gel and shampoo provided were in very used containers loosing the tags. The pool is located on a privileged position but the water from the ocean was more transparent and several chairs were broken. Finally the breakfast is bad. Although it has variety but it is badly presented . The coffee is watery. Only the egg station is reasonable. We can notice that the majority of employees are not happy, which is strange in a country known for nice and smiley faces.

Phi phi cabana hotel is all about location. The position in the island is premium. close to the ferries, easy walk to the bars and restaurants but far enough from the noisy evenings. The pool has a privileged position in front of the beach.

Beautiful hotel with amazing pool area. The rooms are very large with comfortable beds and lounge area. We had a large balcony with breathtaking views on the water. The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, bars, shops and water activities. We loved our time at this beautiful hotel. Can't wait to return again. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we were offered early check in.

The property marketed a gym, but the composite set was not working at all - they reused a set that was discarded! The staff are not genuine. And they had to raise their voice when talking.
