Rooms have not changed since I was in the hotel 10 years ago, it seems as if I entered the same room. Poor maintenance of the rooms, outdated shower, mirror in the shower with rust, the shower is old and not working, the furniture is old and crumbling, the gym is not working, the maintenance in the pool is not very good. There are cobwebs everywhere

The only drawback was that the swimming pool closed at 7 pm so we could not enjoy it much because earlier we were visiting other beaches and other islands nearby.

Great location, fantastic view, staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious and varied food.

Place was very run down. Bathroom was old, falling apart. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Hotel was generally not very clean.

We first arrived and needed a shower due to how hot it was I turned it on and the shower head flew off and water was going everywhere but the staff fixed once they knew about it. The beds were old and felt like we were getting bitten all night so panicked about bed bugs. The shower had cockroaches in it and hardly any of the plugs worked. The hotel would be absolutely amazing if they put more effort into the rooms like they do the external parts of the hotel.

The pool and view was absolutely stunning and location was brilliant.

We booked 3 rooms. The showers where shocking and the water went through the door into the hall. Our air con made noises all through the night keeping us up, even asking them to fix it, it was not fixed. One rooms bathroom light didn’t work, the hinge on the doors where broken and the shower head was broken. Additionally all three rooms has blood and curry stains on the sheets and doonas, despite identifying this issue at the start, the sheets where changed 4 days in a row with blood stains on all three sheets in all three rooms without fail. Is this was a hostel it would be a good place, but for the amount of money, the rooms where shocking. Breakie was good 👍

Old dates hotel, noise coming from the outside can barely sleep specially at night. Service is a bit slow to poor, i have sent multiple msg's to request laggege pick up from harbour as i have an enjured kneww and cant left anything heavy yet no one showed up by the poer although i received confirmation from hotrl prior to my arrival.

I would say the only things i liked is the location as its close to centre and the pool area is beautiful and spacious with a very good view and excess to the sea area.

The hotel was dirty in general we saw rats in the corridors and the room was smelling really bad. The bathroom had a very bad smell from the toilet and the towels wasn’t very clean. For the price that we paid I could easily stay somewhere else for more nights on the same price

There's a lot to say here so I'll try to be pragmatic. The room and hotel is very dated, smelt of damp and really didn't set the tone for a relaxing break. The insanely strong led lighting gave a clinical feel to the room. THere were no plug sockets near to the bed and the ones in use (the TV) were buzzing so I had to unplug the TV just in case. There was a fridge in the room, empty which was great for your own drinks and food, but it was so dirty and not very cold we really didn't use it. The bathroom was awful. Really dirty and looked like it had not had a proper clean in years. The shower would not stay in its holder and meant you couldn't use both hands to wash yourself. It was small and cramped and probably could have stolen some room for the bedroom to make it more usable - only one person can use it at a time. The bathroom was also where we found a slightly alive cockroach, which was a nice surprise. Let's talk about the terrace. We purposely asked for a quiet room and on the first day that was great, just the ocean, and the aircon......but when it began to rain there was the beating of what must be the drains pouring water onto the roof.....but the rain cleared up and the next morning I sat having a coffee and for the next hour or so we had the petrol strimmers cutting the grass. Breakfast, well it was very disorganised. Ran out of coffee, food really didn't look like it had been cooked with much care, despite some lovely choices of traditional thai food, it all looked washed of colour and flavourless. We didn't even try the pool which looked dirty and the sunbeds and loungers were really old and the concrete dividers were crumbling and in need of repair.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Very close to the port and also a short walk down the beach to the bars and restaurants. The room was big and the terrace facing the sea was a very nice view. Check in was quick and the room was ready earlier than the usual 2pm or 3pm. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with our bags. Bathroom products were nice and plentiful and the aircon was strong! Cats were gorgeous!

It was very tired very rundown. Breakfast was disgusting showers dreadful absolutely filthy and the music on the beaches till 3 o’clock in the morning. Not good. I go back there again not a chance.

The room was very disappointing. Stained bedding, room smelled, only 1 plug socket and not near the bed, empty fridge, pieces of Lino flooring missing on the floor and some lifted up which is hazardous, exposed wires. The bathroom was very dirty and mouldy, towels smelled and the toilet was dirty. Had to wear flip flops in the shower. All in all the room and bathroom needs a total revamp. Pool area was also very disappointing. Dirty sunbeds, umbrella stands falling apart, edge of the pool very dirty. Staff are not very welcoming, customer service is non existent. The breakfast hall was dirty looking with table cloths with holes and a white table cloth which was badly stained. The quality of the food was poor, fried eggs freezing cold like just come out from a fridge. We couldn’t enjoy breakfast and had to leave the food and never returned the following morning. Such a shame as the hotel looks beautiful from the outside but very deceiving once you check in. This hotel is rated at 4 star but is more like a 2 star at best.

The bathroom was dirty, and even though they came everyday, the same dirt was there the entire week. 2 light bulbs were burned out and I had to ask 3 times before they came and replaced them the mattress was thin and hard.

It was located close to pier and town so I could easily get to the diving shop in the morning. The purpose of my trip was diving. They did eventually change the burned out light bulbs

The location was great: at the quiet end of the beach with very easy access to both beaches and the main town. The pool was amazing with a great view over the bay and plenty of sun loungers. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were able to help with any queries and were always approachable.

Nearly everything. I don’t complain when it comes to hotels. I don’t care how it looks just that it’s clean. However, it was dirty, mould over the bathroom door, mosquitoes in the room so was bitten alive, more dated than I imagined however I could have dealt with that if the place was clean. None of the sockets worked. The safe was broken and reset it’s own code when you would select one. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. Didn’t sleep for longer than 2 hours as music was blaring until 4am both mornings. Avoid this place at all costs. I would not be advertising this property in the condition that it is in. Pictures don’t show half of what it was like to be in the room.

All that was good was the location. However, the location meant hearing blaring music persistently through the night. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Very out dated, beds extremely uncomfortable and need an upgrade, bathroom needs a lot of attention shower was half hanging off the wall, no pressure from the shower and was cold most of the time. The music when staying here is very loud starts at 8 and is on till about 2am. Guests during our stay was also very loud. Staff wasn’t very helpful either the cleanliness a croissant had been left on a step and remained their during our 3 day stay. Beach towels were all stained as well.

The location was ideal as very close to everything without being right in the center. Location 10 out of 10
