Loud due to the parties on the beach but you’ll get that everywhere you go on the island so not a big deal just use ear plugs

So beautiful! Perfect location. Stayed for 3 nights but wish we had stayed longer. Amazing views. Beautiful room. Amazing pool. 10/10 will definitely be back

We had to drag our luggage to hotel. Though it was walking distance but no once came to pick even after our call...washrooms were bad condition..too cramped n very less water in comode..staff ok but not very accomodating or understanding.. the only good point was pool side beach view..the hotel is very old kind of property needs maintenance. Central AC not working

Some of the lights in our room weren’t working so was dark when sun went down. Bathroom was awful, cracked tiles, like something out of a hostel. WiFi only in the lobby and restaurant. No wifi signal in our rooms. Swimming pool bar wouldn’t let us charge our room so we had to keep getting out the pool to get money. Also be aware that the music on the beach can go until 2am, this didn’t bother us but may bother others

3* And that's what you get. I was cautious given the current reviews however, the staff were helpful but direct. The room wasn't great but wasn't bad either. There were mosquitos and dead cockroaches everywhere. - The rooms defiantly need modernising but the pool and view look amazing. The breakfast was edible but not great.

The room was big with a pool and sea view. The staff is friendly and very accommodate to my requests. The tour of the island they have are the best and cheaper. The pool is spectacular.

Staff was rude and non cooperative. Check in process was chaotic. Room was very average, sans any facilities. No dinner available. Bed was uncomfortable

The pool was roasting hot , the hotel its self was great maybe 20 years ago , very dated , very old , and it was the location that made it , I’m not back packing so when booking.com is advertising these hotels at the higher price range you would expect air con that works properly , the black out curtains to actually work , and the bathroom to be clean with a working shower

The swimming pool was the best thing about this place!! Amazing view without getting sandy on the beach! The staff was very helping and nice:) the room seemed a bit old but was overall clean and nice:) The location is amazing, not too noisy but still just a short walk for the nightlife

While the hotel staff has generally been commendable, I found that during my last visit, not everyone was as accommodating as I had come to expect. The room, once a haven of comfort, seemed to have lost its charm, with signs of aging and a lack of thorough cleaning that left much to be desired. Phi Phi has always held a special place in my heart, and this hotel was a significant part of that sentiment. It pains me to say that my recent experience did not live up to the cherished memories I've held onto. The most distressing part of my stay was the unfortunate incident of food poisoning, which I believe was caused by the hotel's breakfast. It was the only meal I had before falling ill, resulting in an unexpected hospital visit that overshadowed my vacation. Reflecting on the wonderful times I've had at this hotel in the past, it's with a heavy heart that I express my reluctance to return. It's a stark reminder that sometimes, a single negative experience can overshadow years of positive ones.

The rooms were very outdated. The first night we was there was had a lizard in the room which a member of staff came and removed what we was very grateful about. However, another night we had a 2 cockroaches in the room at 12am just as we was about to go to sleep. We asked a member of staff to remove them however they advised moving rooms. So we had to pack up all of our stuff at 12.00am and move it all into another room. The staff are aware of the problems with bugs/ mosquitoes etc in the rooms but seem to not act on it. This made us quite uncomfortable. The breakfast is very bland. The pancakes were cold. Also very loud music from the party on the beach, this isn’t the hotels fault but it did make it hard to sleep.

Terrible service, not at all accommodating. We booked a early bird trip to Maya Bay (booked via the hotel) which was very nice. Because of this we missed the hotel breakfast that we already payed for in advance. We asked them for a refund or at least a coupon for a small lunch in the hotels restaurant (which is the same place were the breakfast is taking part). But all we got to hear was „sorry, we can’t do anything“… We had the same situation in Phuket just a few days before, there it was no problem and we got a free lunch instead. The rooms were not very clean when we arrived, the floors were sandy and sticky. A lot of mosquitos in the room coming from the vents, and even some cockroaches in the bathroom. Sound insulation to the hallway was very bad, you could hear everyone walking by the whole night. The bathroom was very old, shower was not working properly. No wifi in the rooms… We expected more for the high price. Not worth the money.

The cups are too small and need to be the size of a mug. You could also hear the music from the other end of the beach but nothing the hotel could do about that.

The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and the location was very good, close to Loh Dalum beach. Free water every day was very helpful. Thanks
