It was noisy at night and early morning. It may be not the hotel's problem but the whole island. it is better to bring earplugs.

The location is perfect it locates only 5 minutes walk from the pier. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The view from the room is awesome. The room is big enough and clean.

I was happy with everything. I accept the hotel at the three star level.

this is a three star hotel, with a five star view. I got the larger room and it had an awesome view of the bay. not too close to the main area so the music at night is tolerable. any closer to town would have been aggravating, I felt lucky to have booked this hotel for sure. food was acceptable, three star. bed was ok, three star. room was tidy and new enough, three star. and like I said, the view is five star all the. way. recommend.

I don't think you could find a better hotel on the island, we was lucky enough to have a room that we could walk straight out onto the pool or if you wished walk another 30m to the beach. Absolutely stunning views. This hotel is classed as only 3 stars, why I can't understand because while I was on phi phi I looked at other hotels that were 4**** and they didn't come close. I would 100% recommend it and I'm already looking at staying here again. Oh by the way phi phi islands is the closest I've ever been to paradise

Bathroom is very dated and did not look or feel clean. Toilet/toilet seat were aged and yellow stained. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Lighting was very dim.

The pool is very big with varying range of Depth. The hotel has a private access beach. It’s centrally located.

Wi-Fi had to keep entering the password for some reason. bit more expensive it you get what you pay for.

I enjoyed everything! No faults

Felt like a slice of heaven! We had a room over looking the pool and seafront. The beds were super comfy. The staff did a gorgeous bed decoration as a birthday surprise for my partner. The pool is huge, lots of sun beds, feels very private and spacious. Big area to lounge on the sun beds overlooking the sea. 10/10 would recommend

Price is higher than other hotels in Phi Phi so we expected much more for our money. Room was not clean enough; bathroom, taps and tiles are fully covered with limescale look awful. Room and bathroom were full with mosquitos - understand this is Thailand but not saw efforts taken by hotel to maintain them. Bed is really hard and unconfy. Although location is centre but we could hear all the sounds of parties nearby - even the windows were trumbling and shaking. Therefore due to all this we had very little sleep.

Beds very hard, bathrooms a little dated and need some upkeep. Our balcony was small but was on a corner room so had more room inside than out.
