The location is great, just by the beach. The room was simple and didn't have a fridge but for phi phi the value for money was great. Breakfast spread was very nice and the complementary boat upon checkout was a welcomed bonus.

The houses were cute, right by the beach, so the location was beautiful.

Bed was very hard. Buildings looked very tired and not taken care of. Other resorts and hotels around us had facilities like resturant, store, massage. This place had none.

Location was amazing. Breakfast was excellent.

We were hungover and forgot we could get a taxi boat. Google maps brought us on an hour hike up throught the mountains to get there from tonsai pear. Tough walk with bags. No fault of property but just a friendly reminder to get the longtail boat from tonsai 😂 also the bed is rock solid. But we only did one night so it was grand. Any longer the bug bites and bed could be a pain 👍

Location to long beach is perfect. Remote so bring everything you need. Lizards about were cool. Beach was much quietier than other side of island. Small pool but nice to have. Little bungalow with porch was very cute. Aircon was good. Shower was good. Just bring moscito spray.

Property was great, no complaints. Just a note on the area, you will need to get a taxi boat over to Long Beach from the main pier which costs about 100b but the hotel DOES offer a free taxi boat back for when you leave the island so that was appreciated. Also feel the need to say this, Phi Phi as an island is really struggling with all the tourism and constant over building. Speaking with the locals they are having a lot of issues with water (lots of places run out constantly) and I personally would advise anyone not to come here simply because it feels like this island desperately needs a break from it all and because of that, we won’t return (but if you do, come to long beach or one of the others away from the main town.

Great location right on a beautiful beach away from the party side of the island. You’re on long beach which is mostly families and couples, so very chilled, early dinner at one of three (we believe) restaurants on the beach. Room was lovely and spacious and good value for money but we were upgraded so can only speak to the room we had.will need to get a taxi boat or walk about 35 mins if you want to get to the town.

Although the location is good, that it’s not in the centre near all the backpackers and day trippers, you have to take a taxi boat every time you want to go somewhere. There was no fridge in the room so buying fruits or drinks from the centre wasn’t really possible. The shower was very bad also. Staff were friendly, met us at the pier and we got a free long tail boat to the resort and someone helped us with our bags.

Very quiet area, lovely beach that isn’t crowded at all.

Lovely spot for snorkelers as can swim to shark point. Clean bungalow and lovely staff although they speak minimal English. We did not have breakfast included. The buffer is 200 baht. For a cheaper breakfast if you are not a big eater or are vegetarian walk down to the blue and white cabinas. They will sell you a nice breakfast for 100 baht.

The main problem was the cleanliness - the bathroom was simply dirty, probably not even cleaned after previous users, shower drain full of hair and stuff, sink and the shelf above the sink visibly dirty and uncleaned for some time, with stains etc. The bed was not particularly comfortable for us, but that is subjective to everyone differently. There are almost no places to hang your stuff, only in the warrerobe. Some hangers in the room would be nice. Even the towels were nowhere to be put - however, you receive daily new towels and water, that is nice.

Location is great, it is without doubt one of the best beaches on Phi Phi where you can stay. Also, there are lovely little kittens with momma cats, and other very nice, cuddly and friendly cats around the property 🐈🐈‍⬛. Staff was also kind and helpful. You receive daily clean towels and water - very nice. Resort can arrange transfer possibility from ferry to the resort, and they arrange also return trip. The walk to the town is not long, however the short part from the beach up, is very demanding and for some people really dangerous - all the resorts on the beach should deal together and make at least wooden steps there or something, now it is very slippery and steep. We saw multiple people fall there.

The bed is pretty hard, the building is a bit old, the shower holder is broken and we had ants in the room. It would also be usefull to have a few more hangers for towels and clothes, preferably not inside the shower.

The airco is not noisy, the room and bathroom are big, breakfast is nice. The beach is very romantic.

I didn't do my research on the location, and didn't realise how isolated it was, which wasn't great for a single traveller. (you can walk to the main section along the beach during day time which took about 20 minutes, I didn't try night time but wouldn't like to have done it in darkness) 1 convenient shop that doesn't sell much nearby. The bed was very hard. Phi-Phi Islands was probably the most expensive place I've visited in Thailand (example. 7/11 prices being double the mainland), & this accommodation was no different. Good value for money for Phi-Phi islands, but bad value for money for Thailand.

It's quiet, on the beach & at night. Beautiful sunsets; air-con worked well. You stay here because you want a location by the beach, away from the hustle & bustle of the main part of Phi-Phi islands. I spoke with people on the main part who praised Long Beach as being great, with many of them choosing Long beach as the location to get away from the main pier.

Plenty of mosquitos in the rooms. The kayaks offered by the hotel were in poor condition. Some staff members were difficult to communicate with (didn't understand basic English or finger-pointing)

The bathroom is a bit run down but absolutely serviceable. We personally underestimated how hard the walk would be in the heat. We still did it several times but if you were less mobile you would struggle in the warmest seasons so do factor in the water Taxis.

The whole area around Long Beach seems to be changing quite rapidly so our experience might not be valid for very long The room is quite basic, very much a beach hut. The sheets were clean and the room was serviced each day and our AC worked very well. Check in is shared with the resort next door. To access Long Beach and the accomodation, you will need to factor in some water taxis, at the very least for your transfer off the ferry. It is possible to walk through a Forrest trail to the main bit of the island, but it is hilly and sections are unlit at night. It takes about 35 minutes.

The staff can't speak English at all. There were many misunderstandings during our stay there. The breakfast for 200 hundreds quite expensive but the whole island is expensive. On the beach there are only pricy restaurants. Few of the front bungalows were broken and full of rubbish which doesn't look pretty.

The location of the villas is the best on the island. The view and beach is spectacular. The town is 30 minutes by walk. The bungalows were nice and cleaned everyday. The sunchairs were available for free, same for kayaks. We had a nice time there.

I’ve mentioned couple things which were disappeared from the room after the room cleaning. it wasn’t too expensive, but still.. do know the reason, but that’s the first hotel, where I got up at the middle of the night with no reason five nights in a row. I think it was due to the mattress.

great location with great beach. hotel can give masks, fins, kayaks for free. huge thanks to Anna for helping and resolving all issues. pretty good breakfast for 200baht per person.

The hotel is away from the town, so bear in mind that you either have to walk 30 minutes on a steep path to get there or pay 100-150 baht for a taxi boat per person, one way. It is right next to the beach, but it is extremely crowded and loud because of the boats (like the entire island, btw).

The hotel is clean and neat.

Receptionists weren't too motivated. The room was alright, altough the beds were very hard and not too comfortable. For new guests the room could've been cleaned more thoroughly, since there was a piece of old gum in the shower and dust in the room.

The breakfast buffet had delicious foods to choose from. The location was beautiful and quiet. All in all good value for the price. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms each day and provided fresh waterbottles.

There is no fridge in the room, which would be extremely useful.

Those of you giving bad reviews to the place should know that you get what you pay for. Don’t expect to receive a 4 stars seaview villa for the price of a hostel, doesn’t work like this. The conditions are ok for bungalows at this price range on the island. There is air conditioning, space is ok, room cleaning daily (changing towels and summary cleaning), small terrace, hot water all the time). Nice they provide beach towels, free beach chairs and kayac. The location is simply amazing, few steps from Long Beach, a quiet and beautiful place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, we spend 6 nights here and its just about what we expected, not more or less.
