Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe location is a bit far from Phi Phi center and only accessible by boat, which wasn’t made very clear before our arrival. However, we didn’t regret it for a second once we got there. The place truly feels like paradise—peaceful, stunning, and with everything you need to disconnect and relax. You basically have a whole part of the island to yourself, away from the crowds, with the most breathtaking views. That said, the service was disappointing. The staff were not particularly welcoming (which, in our experience, has been rare in Thailand), and considering it’s marketed as a resort, we expected a more friendly and professional approach. Unfortunately, we were met with rudeness on several occasions—even when just asking simple questions. The food was decent at first, but it quickly became repetitive after a few days. Still, the natural beauty of the place more than made up for the downsides. I’d absolutely return for the views, the tranquility, and the unique experience of having such a serene spot mostly to yourself.

ThailandWe booked this place last minute and already purchased our ferry ticket from Phuket to Tonsai Pier (the main pier in Phi Phi). If we had known before booking the ferry ticket, we could have booked the ferry directly to Laemtong Pier near where the hotel is located (only on Andaman Wave Masters). Instead we arrived too late (the last speedboat is at 4pm) and had to hire a long tail boat which was 1,800 baht but I was able to get it for 1,500. It took about 30 mins to get to the resort. Because we took the longtail boat, it pulls up right on the beach (there’s no dock) and had to take off our shoes and walk into the shallow waters to the hotel which was another 50 meters away with our luggage. (I don’t recommend doing that if you have heavy luggage like we did). We didn’t use the breakfast buffet but it looked lovely. The restaurant and convenient store were the best value within a 10 min walk. Other restaurants on the beach were more expensive (even if they weren’t part of a high end resort). We got to see 2 fire shows in the 4 days there.
We loved this place so much that we stayed an extra day (4 days total). We got the villa that overlooked the water and it was so peaceful and beautiful. At first it was surprising that we needed to hike about 10 mins uphill to our room but we got used to waiting for the shuttle that ran every half hour. The walk down wasn’t bad at all and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful from getting charcoal tablets for an upset stomach to booking a better time for the speedboat back to Tonsai Pier.

GreeceNot very good Wi-Fi (my daughter had to work online). The air conditioner is right above the bed, not ideal.
Great location, superb surrounding space full of trees and flowers very well maintained, a beautiful small private beach where you could see a variety of coral reefs and sea creatures. Very good breakfast both European and Thai in a covered terrace next to the sea. Very kind and helpful staff. Very good restaurant also, with fair prices and some beautiful small restaurants on the beach in walking distance to the resort.

AustraliaThe restaurant was terrible. We had a late lunch there on our first day. The chicken in the pad Thai was like jerky, I couldn’t eat it. The cocktails were also not good, and not well priced either. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t eat or drink cocktails there again. The head receptionist was very unfriendly. No greeting, no eye contact, no smiling. She was responsible for payments and it was pretty uncomfortable having to deal with her. There are plenty of good restaurants along the beach though. We had a bug issue in our room one night, which is to be expected in a tropical location. The housekeeper that turned up with Baygon to kill them couldn’t have made her eye rolling and condescension any worse. She also didn’t speak English which made it hard. The resort itself is in a great location, but some sun umbrellas on the beach chairs would be great, and a bit of a lesson in food and cocktail making, would make it so much better. Management could do with a lesson in hospitality.
Our superior room was great, very comfortable, good air conditioning and clean. Nice view from balcony. The beach was beautiful to swim in and it was a 5 minute walk to Jasmin restaurant, Coco Bar, Malee Seafood and a couple of good mini marts. 20 minute walk to Chilli and Pepper and I would highly recommend you eat here, best food we had on the island. The pool was clean and had quite a few sun loungers. Most of the breakfast staff were lovely, and a couple of the younger reception staff as well. The housekeeping was good, thorough job, and we got 4 free bottles of water a day. Breakfast was good if you like an American breakfast, they changed up a couple of hot dishes and the fruit daily. Fresh made omelettes were very good. The staff in the little shop were fantastic and friendly:)

United KingdomShower wasn’t great, bad smell coming out of drain and water everywhere, laminate flooring was slippery. Sadly the staff weren’t great, mostly in the restaurant to be fair. Service there was appalling to be honest. Had to fight for drinks and food orders, tried to ignore you, very unfriendly and charged an arm and a leg for meals by Thailand standards.
Best bit was the view from our villa, absolutely stunning, wide range of facilities and the rides to get about the complex were good. The private beach was exceptional, great coral reefs and snorkelling from the villa which was great, snorkels and kayaks available to rent to.

AustraliaFacilities particularly the dining options. Restaurant staff looked unhappy, not welcoming, disorganised. Breakfast included was cold both days, lunch and dinner just ok. Small pool & gym set up in what was another restaurant now not being used.
Location, well appointed rooms, gorgeous island setting, reception staff were welcoming and well organised. Easy access to island hopping and practically a private beach as situated at the end of quiet Laem Tong beach.

IsraelThe breakfast was really not suitable for vegetarians, no cheese or even yogurt. A lot of meat dishes that suits lunch or dinner. The water in the shower was warm but not hot. When the water was on, there was a strong scent of sewage. The private beach wasn’t friendly, and rocky. And if you want to go to other beach, it belongs to other hotel and you cant take a seat there, only on the sand. The front beach was small and with very little tanning beds.
Excellent view

AustraliaCheckin was a bit clunky - we were told to 'sit down, relax, drink some coconut water' and then, as soon as we took a breath the barrage of check in processes ensured. This is despite me walking up to the counter and wanting to get that all sorted so I could just sit down and take a breather. Minor detail, though. The staff were well-intentioned and lovely.
This was our second time staying at the PP Natural Resort. Last time it was just me and my partner. This time we had 6 friends with us to celebrate a milestone birthday. The stay was everything I hoped it to me. From the service, to the rooms, the grounds - we had a really special stay. The 2 bedroom villa with pool was sublime.

Saudi ArabiaI stayed for five nights, probably three as a solo traveler would have been better. Food is okay and you can't eat at other resorts on the beach unless you're a guest. With so many good spots along the beach at the resort, if they had more umbrellas and chairs then I would rate this place higher. These were all minor issues.
Stayed in the waterfront cottage and the location, porch, privacy and room AC was wonderful. The resort was bigger than what I expected but it feels quiet and private which was nice. Good snorkeling trips. I think the place is better than what the overall reviews scored it as.

UkraineThe location :( It’s literally in the middle of nowhere, to get to the main pier to all the parties and life you need to pay a lot for a boat to go back to the hotel and it will cost you 800-1000 bat in the evening/ at night and it’s really a bit long way(
Such an amazing, incredible territory and room number oh my god 😍 If you want to spend time in calmness and silence that is definitely the place to be! Be ready that they use tractor to bring you to the reception haahhahaah

United KingdomVery hilly, with lots of steps to the room, sometimes a bit of a pain after eating a big dinner on the beach. However if you wait 20 minutes, staff can drive you to your room in the internal shuttle. If you were there for longer than us (3 nights), you may be restricted on eating options as there are only a few restaurants close by.
Staff were good, helped with our transfers and trips, suggesting to use the boatman for our phi phi island trip. Room was good, we got what we paid for with a limited view but we didn’t spend much time in there anyway. Really nice area, away from the chaos of tonsai. However, easy enough to transfer there with the hotel running daily transfers at different times.

GermanyFrankly, we don't see the fire show needs to happen 3 times a week, the music is way too loud and disturbing the other resorts. We felt disappointed about it. It kinda destroys the beauty of the location.
Standard category villa in the hills of the resort. We enjoyed nearly no moskito harassment like in other places of the spot. Friendly/helpful stuff. Well organised return trip. Decent food. We came for the 2nd time. The resort is beautifully embedded in the nature of the island's tip.

United KingdomThe service at reception could be better. I don't know where to start. We found on several occasions we would be talking to a member of the reception staff and then they would just start serving someone else and we had no idea where we stood service wise. The transfer from the hotel was obysmal.and stressful, even though we had planned it in advance on the information we were given. You even fill a form in when checking in explaining where you are going next, this information seemed to be completely ignored.
Everything about this hotel was great, on the beach, food, service by all of the waiters and waitresses was fantastic.
