The balcony was quite narrow and did not really accommodate people sitting outside as there were no chairs. The mattress was hard and so were the pillows which is typical for Thailand.

Easy access from the ferry and in the centre of the action, yet surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The toilet was clean, but the extractor and some other points had a lot of dust. They gave bottles of water every day, but qould have been nice with shower gel/shampoo too. Breakfast was limited in my opinion - just basic variants of English breakfast and a couple of thai dishes and fruit/yoghurt

Supercentral location, nice room even if pricy for what one gets (it is Phi phi so everything is overpriced), nice pool, very friendly staff.

Hotel shows its age though still very good option in Phi Phi

Very good location, just couple of minutes from the pier. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet. Pool looked cozy though did not use it. You can use their other hotel gym which is very well equipped for the island.

Hotel had no lift so it's stairs up to your room

We booked 2 rooms with a sea view through booking. We were on the 4th floor and we knew there was no elevator before arriving, so that can't be a minus. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is ok. The location is good. However, we extended it by one night and got a room in the basement/atrium for one night, where we had the experience as if we were not in the same hotel. Part of this experience is by people who have stayed there and was drunk at night, we very loud and as if smashing in the room. Every word, every opening/closing of neighboring doors / flushing of water from neighboring rooms was terribly loud in the our room. The rooms are also not as nice as in the upper part. That night we practically didn't sleep at all because of all the sounds. So completely different experiences in the same hotel, stick to the upper floors where I would rate a 10, the lower part I would rate a 6.

Great location. Waking distance from pier. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to check in early as room was ready. Large room with AC, balcony, warm shower and comfortable bed. Staff brought our bags to pier with no hassle. Buffett breakfast by the pool was delicious and fresh. Large comfortable area at reception to chill or wait for boat

There is no elevator in the hotel, and we stayed in a room at 4th floor (which on the other hand granted us a beautiful view of the sea). The cleanliness could have been better, particularly in the bathroom. The breakfast didn’t impress us (eggs/omelette were quite oily).

The location is at the top of our thumbs up list. The swimming pool is nice, and the staff was good. Although there is no gym in the hotel, they provide a voucher to use the fitness center located 5-minute walking.

When booking in we only received one teaspoon, with checkout they said there was two, and made us look and feel that we stole a teaspoon. We had to stand there until a manager said it's okay to go.

The rooms are a little dated and need some renovation. The bed was extremely hard

The location was great, super close to the port and all the restaurants, shops, etc The breakfast was good. The hotel overall has a charming old-school Thai vibe. Even though it was close to all the clubs and parties, it was quiet inside the room.

Noisy. you get the connecting room and to get a better room you have to argue with them. in 5 nights they didn't clean and change the towels!!

The furnishings were a bit older but adequate. We had a room with an extra bed. The extra bed wasn’t very comfortable for sleeping; it was a fold-out bed where you could feel the frame. The only downside was that the sink drain in the bathroom didn’t flow properly.

The hotel is located in a very good spot, right in the middle of everything. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 20 minutes for our room, and during the wait, we were offered a cold drink, which was very refreshing after the journey. The room looked exactly like it did in the photos. The staff were very helpful, and all our inquiries were addressed immediately.
