i had a nice view of the sea from my room at the top floor( if you don't mind the stairs because there is no elevator). the room was big and comfortable. it had a fridge and electric kattle. internet was fast and reliable. the location was excellent. just few minutes walk from the pier. very quiet dispite of its central location breakfast was really good with a big variety

No guest friendly. View isn't that good. Stairs no elevator to upper floors but the staff helped me. Bed and pillows were really hard, compared to pther places in Thailand.. Poor quality of WiFi, didn't work at night..

Staff very nice! Help get the luggage to room/pier. Very friendly. It's quite right on the pier and at the beginning of the rumble. Drop key mechanism so you won't have walk around with the key. Room was big.

The wall was super thin between our room and next door, we could clearly hear talking and noises all the time, even hear them playing videos on their phones. Pool had a lot of leaves in it, and could also do with more sun beds

some people are extremely rude and forget they are in a hotel. We heard screams from drunk (or demented, who knows) adults and teenagers and children running and screaming in the hallways at every imaginable time. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but it happened for days in a row

We were generally happy with everything during our stay. We thought the front desk staff could be a little friendlier to guests but all staff were professional throughout the hotel.

Excellent location just 1 minute walk from the ferry and right in town. There was a little bit of noise but it didn’t bother us much or affect our sleep. The rooms were really clean and well maintained, even though the decor was dated. The pool was really refreshing and very clean. The daily housekeeping service was great and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We found the beds and pillows comfy enough.

Right on the harbor so you don’t have a long walk when you get there. The staff gave us a good sea view room (after checking with us what we liked). It has a nice pool and nice breakfast.

The bed and pillows were hard. Wifi didn’t work once inside the bedroom but worked perfectly at the pool so didn’t mind too much

The location was absolutely perfect! Right beside the dock, in the centre of all the restaurants, beside the beach, but couldn’t hear any noise at night time from the room, which was perfect The breakfast was delicious, American style with a wide variety. The pool was extremely clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and always up for a lovely conversation! 10/10. They met us at the ferry and helped us carry all our bags to the hotel, which was 200m away. Also, when leaving for the ferry, again they helped us bring all of our bags back!

Great location, just a few steps from the pier. Spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathroom with good shower. Varied and delicious breakfast! A beautiful swimming pool and an agreement with a gym.
