Location, location, location! Situated 100m from the tonsai pier, once you get off the Ferry it's a 1 minute walk to the hotel which was the best thing after a 2hr ferry! Hotel is a little dated but has your basic amenities such as toilet, shower, tv, aircon (which was a blessing). You can also utilise their pool and gym facilities. There is a lovely lady just down from reception who does laundry per kg (60baht). Overall a lovely stay and will stay again!

Receptionists could be a bit friendlier

Perfect location, 30 second walk from the pier altough the address on booking.com brings you to the wrong place so management should ammend that. Breakfast stayed the same everyday but alot of options.

Only problem was the quality of the bed mattress. It did not provide me with baby sleep. The mattress was subpar.

Great location, great view, big rooms. Lovely staff. Nice pool. Breakfast options was vegetarians as well. Location is just 50m from the pier.

Great location, spacious rooms with fantastic view of sea. Close to all bars, shops and restaurants. A stone's throw away from the pier where you can catch a boat. Beach close by. Good selection for breakfast!

Has no elevator, had to climb 5 floors by stairs

Great location, a minute walk from the pier, near a lot of restaurants. The hotel looks better than the pictures. Good breakfast and nice shower with hot water. Great view of the sea.

Honestly nothing. I was completely happy

The staff was amazing! Super friendly even with special requests. This Hotel is perfect if you want something as close to the Western Standard as possible in a central location without breaking the bank aswell.

Wifi in the 4th floor wasn't good. It was fine in the lobby..

The location is great, right on the pier and very close to the beach, as good as it gets in phi phi. The design is dated, but is actually better the pictures! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean.

Staff were cold and often blunt when asking for things. not very welcoming on arrival and quite suspicious of us during check out A lot of noise from other hotel guests (poor soundproofing in rooms) and it is right opposite a 24/7 building site which added to the noise! Bring earplugs

Ongoing construction around property, can become annoying dependent on room. Wifi in rooms none existent on fourth floor. No lift. Pool okay, area not that big.

Close to pier, short walk to all beaches and close restaurants near by. Only 7/11 on the island right outside hotel. Far enough back from front for quiet nights sleep.

There is no elevator so being on the top 5th floor was a bit annoying. The hotel was a big modern soulless sort of place, definitely no good for a solo traveller. The day trippers came into the poolside restaurant for their tour lunch. They often say outside, looking at me, the only person in the pool, like some sort of exhibit, while some smoked their cigarettes while others tried to tame their screeching children. Not really very relaxing in my opinion.

I liked the very large comfortable room with a writing desk, lounge chairs and a huge bed. Good air conditioning, a security safe and decent wifi connection in the room. The pool was fairly big and there was 24 hour security at the front of the building. The hotel was literally one minute’s walk from the port.

Didn’t bother us too much but would’ve been good if there was the option of a lift, climbing 5 flights of stairs in the heat isn’t ideal.
