Nothing, the rooms are very good quality just a little dated

Near to everything but surprisingly quiet at night. The room was spotless and bigger than most. 1 minute walk from pier and 5 mins walk from the beach. Great breakfast 😋

Excellent staff who obviously take pride in their workplace and are happy to oblige . Great location , really comfy beds and surprisingly quiet as so close to all amenities. Best breakfast we’ve had so far . We rebooked three more times and would definitely return here.

After desembark at the port 3 minutes walk. Good breakfast. Everything you need a couples of minutes. Highly recommended

This hotel has everything you need, it’s clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly,y and helpful. It’s in a great location near the port but tucked away from the noise. Everything is within a 2-8 minute walk with a laundry service right out front (by the kilo). Heaps of restaurants to choose from and fabulous street food. I stayed in a sea view room and the views were amazing! Great pool and plenty of sun beds although you’ll find you’re out exploring or snorkelling as there’s so many great spots!

We were not carrying luggage, so having no elevators was not a problem for us when we had to go to the last floor:) But I can’t imagine some older people making it on stairs several times per day:)

Perfectly situated just a minute walk from the ferry dock, this hotel has everything a visitor toPhi Phi needs. Excellent facilities, wonderfully friendly staff, good WiFi, ocean views, great shower, balconies, nice breakfast, and quiet from the bustle of central Phi Phi.

Stayed 2 nights but room was not cleaned as you had to put a sign out on your door . We did not know this but as only there 2 night's was ok .

View from our room was amazing overlooked the harbour. Staff were very friendly . Breakfast was good lots of choices . We loved our time on Phi Phi what a place .

Liked it all, really. Based on being a budget hotel, no dislikes whatsoever.

It's located right off the Pier so brilliantly. We were off-season so fairly quiet

Nothing to complain about.

The staff are so amazing. We pretty much enjoyed the pool to ourself after the snorkeling trip. Breakfast was great beside the pool. Air conditioning was fantastic in the rooms and the location was so easy to walk 100m from the pier where you get dropped off. We stayed two nights and would easily stay a week. The smaller restraints are amazing. Really enjoyed the local dishes. WiFi works easily

Hotel was dated and beds very uncomfortable. Breakfast foods were un- refrigerated, uncovered, inedible and very disappointing.

Location was close to the pier so easy with bags for one night.

The pool area is tiny and hardly any sunbeds. Breakfast was shockingly poor Hotel decor is about 80 years old and seriously needs a refurb. No lift The quality of the hotel for the price is ridiculous!! The price is ridiculously expensive Would I stay here again NO unless it gets a massive refurbishment for the price The aircon wasn't great

The WiFi was dreadful and would not work half the time , when it did it was too slow . I did complain about it but nothing was done . I was not allowed guest to go to my room . Not good that you can’t go to your room for a chat with a friend in the air conditioning on a very hot day . No lift in a multi story hotel . Not good for an old guy like myself . When I arrived they asked if 5 th floor was okay . When they said no lift I said no way .

They put us on 5th floor .no lifts . My mate is disabled. So had to swop rooms. Told no refund. No shower gel /shampoo. Breakfast staff were more interested in there phones than sorting customers out .

The view

The location is fantastic, close walk to everything. My room was also fantastic, nice and large! The breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the view was not so good which was too bad considering that’s one of the main things you’re there for.

I really can’t complain -our room got upgraded , but it was on the top floor , 5th floor -no elevators .
