We spent 4 nights at Phu Chalet and Wes wish we could have stayed longer. It is the most fantastic location next to the sea but has a small village within 10 minutes walk with a few bars and restaurants. The chalets are really beautiful with gorgeous views. Don’t miss the Camel Rock and bat and the pineapple rice at Pad Thai is fantastic. We only ate Phu Chalet on our last nice which was a mistake because the food was possibly the best we have eaten so far. Thankyou Chon, Kem, Pop and Layla and of course the rest of the team for making our stay extra special

We are a family of 6. 2 adults and 4 kids ages 2,4,6.5,8.5. The kids enjoyed the stay. The room fittes just perfect for the three older ones, the 2 yo girl slept with us. The beds was very comfortable and big enough. The beach was just a stepp from the room door 👌🏽. The breakfast was very good. The staff was lovely and received us with A big smile from the first second we arrived. They helped us at the check in with our belongs and waited us at the Chek out to take everything to the boat. The only little issue (really little) about the location is that there are only 2 shuttles to the center of the island. Any other hour will be "spacial taxi". Compering to all above...it's a minor issue. .

Nothing, it was perfect.

We loved the location, it was so peaceful yet within walking distance (or tuk tuk) to other beaches, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The chalets were breathtaking with picture perfect views of the sea. The pool was great, and all areas were clean and tidy. The food was very good, and there was lots of choice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave!

more shuttle boats between main island and hotel location.

the views from this hotel was exceptional. the staff were so kind and welcoming, very helpful, and the food was too good! if you are booking in phiphi island to stay in the crowded areas then this hotel is not for you, as it needs a shuttle boat from phiphi's main dock to another area of the island almost 20 mins away, with only a few time slots to travel back and forth. however this was perfect so us as a couple on our honeymon, coz we spent mornings quietly in the hotel, then went to the crowded phiphi area to have lunch and go on a shopping spree, then went back and had a very relaxing afternoon and evening at the hotel, quietly and without any noise around us. the nature beauty is breathtaking everywhere you look around the hotel, and the cottages are beautiful inside and out. the pillows were the most comfortable in the world!

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the food, as despite the extensive menu, almost everything we tried would barely deserve a rating of 2 or 3 out of 5, except for breakfast, which was quite delicious, but apart from that, the desserts, cocktails, meat dishes, and pizza all left an impression that was, unfortunately, below average, and in addition, the hotel is not close to the beaches, with one being a 10-minute walk away and the other around 20 minutes, while it is possible to swim in the sea right in front of the hotel, it closes at 9 PM, and since the paths to the beaches are very dark, there is nothing much to do after 9 PM other than going back to the room to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, where the staff were extremely polite, our spacious bungalow offered a breathtaking view with excellent facilities, and the resort itself was beautiful, airy, and authentically designed, while one of the most thoughtful gestures was during the island tour they organized, as they kindly prepared a separate bag for us containing our food, fruits, and drinks, along with towels and everything we might need, which was a truly considerate touch.

Amazing hotel for relax with few rooms , position is fantastic and the deluxe rooms have see view really amazing. Staff is super professional . the restaurant is the best of the area with competite price. As well the bar offer a good selection of cocktail

Not one thing!

The hotel was perfect! Incredible view, great staff and the pool was superb, overlooking the ocean. Our two bedroom chalet was exactly what we were looking for. Two separate bedrooms both with the best view ever. Good air conditioning, mini bar and lovely bathroom area with lots of space. In the evening we walked into the little town and it was like being in a film set! Lots of bars, restaurants, friendly people, great massages (red tuna was outstanding) . The food and cocktails were absolutely spot on and we honestly felt we’d found a slice of Thai heaven away from all the crowds.

It is quiet, so perfect to chill out

Location ,was excellent private and very welcoming ,staff were very helpful and the food fablous fresh and delicious..10 minutes to walk to the village or 5 if you walk the beach on low tide ,and 20 minutes to other hotels and restaurants. Definitely would stay again as very easy to get around by ticktock or longtail boat.

Just incredible from the moment we arrived. Ferry port was so busy I was thinking I'd made a mistake but 20 minutes in a long boat up the coast to Chalet Resort and it was paradise. Staff were incredible especially Beam who was always there to greet you with an incredible smile. 10 minutes walk to a lovely little village with a great vibe. I could have spent a month on Phi Phi. You can't help but decompress the moment you arrive.

Guests should be warned that a "Longtail Boat " means getting your feet wet. In our case we had to wade 500 yards to the boat. Water above the knees, sharp rocks and coral posed a problem for me. One needs to be physically fit and have water shoes, and be able to climb a ladder.

Great service, huge breakfast, nice view,very nice rooms. Nice breezy eating area. Loved the decor. The surrounding beaches were awesome. Good place for daily exercise.

Extremely friendly staff, open and attentive.. Quality of food and drinks is above standard. Our superior bungalow was spotless clean, breathtaking views from both the bed and the patio. The location is quiet, but that was what we were looking for. We booked a boat trip and our transfer to Phuket as our next stop via the hotel, everything went seamless and excellently organized, with always a friendly and helpful person to help us.

The staff at this small resort are what makes this so special. Nothing seems like too much trouble and they are so friendly. It’s also beautifully laid out and comfortable. So quiet but actually a short and lovely walk into a little village with numerous small bars and restaurants.
