The staff was incredibly helpful and kind , beautiful facilities and exceptionally clean rooms. I would Recommend to anybody that wants to visit Thailand , Phi Phi Relax Resort is the absolute best place to stay !

no pool or air conditioning was tough even though we knew it coming to the resort it was missed and even with fan it was quite warm when stying to sleep.

so the property was quiet away from the busy pier. food and overall service was excellent

The transfer from the pier on the check-in and check-out day is not included to the resort. There is a way through the jungle but it's only for the brave ones or locals to walk. There can be animals and all kind of bugs inside the wooden hut only for information, but there is a mosquito net. It was an tropical adventure on Ko Phi Phi not in the bad way.

Was like we had expected it. Wooden huts close to the sea on the quite north east side of Ko Phi Phi. Friendly service around the resort and very good thai food and also western style food for everyone.

Everything was fine. Just be aware that noisy long-tail boats go past regularly which can detract from the tranquility; nothing the resort can do about this though. It happens all around Phi Phi.

Friendly staff, great secluded location, nice beach with plenty of shade from beautiful overhanging trees, very good restaurant with cheerful staff and excellent food which was reasonably priced Our accommodation was right overlooking the beach. It had a shady lounging area at the front and the room itself was a nice size, the bed was comfortable and the mosquito net was in excellent condition and repelled all invaders. Although there is no AC, the pedestal fan was fine. The accommodation was cleaned daily to a high standard. The beach was cleaned (of leaves and any flotsam) every morning. There is reasonable snorkelling; the reef is badly damaged/dying and although there are some signs of coral recovery, a fair number of senseless tourists could often be seen standing on it to have a chat, while snorkelling - therefore trashing it. This is unbelievable and so sad. That said, a good variety of reef life is thriving and if you go further out to deeper water where mindless tourists can't trash it, there is lovely coral and more reef-life, the highlights being a sizeable barracuda and a 1m black tip reef shark. Overall this is a lovely 'paradise' resort and good value for money.

We booked a room on the beach, paying extra to have it there. Not only the room was not where we booked it, it was on rocks which you could not walk on and to get to the beach you had to pass through other rooms, but the stuff did not help at all. They acted like they did not understand and didn’t do anything to fix the situation. The room we booked had 1 double bed, the one we got had two double squeezed-in beds, making the room incredibly small. We came all the way from Italy - awful experience.

The people working at the bar and restaurant are extremely kind and nice.

The food at the restaurant is average at best. I had “the special” and got salted fish with plain noodles. No veg, no seasoning, just fish and noodles and it wasn’t cheap for what I got either. Apart from a nice beach and a nice room this resort has very little to offer. I wouldn’t recommend staying for any more than a couple of days as it feels very claustrophobic.

this property is not on mainland phi phi where all the night life is, and getting to the hotel is sometimes impossible even if you are willing to pay 3000 + baht, due to bad weather. we ended up stranded on phi phi till 6am, as all hotels there were fully booked and could not take us in. Apart from this, the timing of the shuttle offered by the hotel is terrible and not frequent at all.

Watching the buckets of sewer being loaded onto boats

Very nice and private. 30 min long tail boat to the resort. Good food and drinks. But was great but beware of the mugs in the bathroom at night time. As there is no windows. Staff were friendly and overall it was a great place to experience and stay.

This is hidden paradise! I went on a solo trip but never felt solo once single day. The staff were so nice and kind I can’t thanked them enough for making my stay unforgettable! I spent my bday which is on Xmas eve and they all sang happy birthday to me with a pancake with my name! I wanted a week to relax and this is what I got! I am very happy for my choice and can’t wait to come back! The infrastructure, the food, prices, tours, massages, everything was great! Many thanks!

No aircon, dark and stuffy rooms. Our shower had a huge rock in it so you had to stand in an awkward position. Holes along the windows so all sorts of wildlife could get in. Restaurant and bar had awful service and the food was rubbish.
