Excellent location on the island - thou windy place. Very nice beach, cosy atmosphere mixing backpackers with holiday travellers, some families - surprisingly well working! Very nice helpful and easy going staff.

A lot of things to improve. NO AC (it was my mistake that I didn’t notice that while booking). We got a room close to generator, so we had a very loud noise all day all night. Resort is only reachable by 35 min longboat trip that runs a couple times a day so you are stuck with resort restaurant which is mediocre. Also you will have to take resort tours which are done by a longboat and the sea is usually rough there so it’s not the best option. Didn’t like the tour guide, he was not friendly, not explaining anything, rude and not making our tour nice. Mostly not allowing to do us things. Very bad with timing, giving us 20 minutes on the island, appearing after 40. Didn’t like the the restaurant staff, all of them wear rude, in a hurry, not smiling. It seems that they know that it is our only way to get food so we will have to live with their bad mood. Also, please have a look at your menu English translations. Some of them are misleading and you will not get what you ordered.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was way too long there just isn’t enough to do because you can only get anywhere else by boat so no real freedom. there is a walk up to a view point and then to the town but me and my partner got so hot doing it and covered in bugs it wasn’t worth it so we turned back. Had an issue with the receptionist getting us an early boat when we had to leave to catch the ferry (a service they offer) but she seemed very reluctant to let us pay for the service and take it as said “you will be fine”. the next morning the transfer boat got stuck on a rock and we missed our ferry. however they did refund us the price of the new tickets we spent but it wasn’t worth it really for the stress.

The views are amazing and the beach is so so pretty. The staff are nice and the food is okay.

This place must be close to heaven. It's located on a hidden beach away from the chaos of Phi Phi Maine town. The personell is great, there is some great activites to do - as the half- and hole day trip. This was an great experience! This is a must visit place. We would love to come back

The cabins were a bit small and the bathroom was not really clean. The water pressure was weak and because of that the showers took much longer.

The location We arrived at Phi phi and were completely overwhelmed by the business of the town and quayside, there were crowds of people everywhere. We were delighted to find this resort was just the opposite, located on opposite side of the island reached by longtail boat. The bungalows were as we imagined just yards from a beautiful beach which at high tide especially was fantastic to swim from. Because you were at this resort your dining was limited to it. It wasn't the best food we have had on this trip but it was perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and organised our onward journey by speed boat. The bar was perfectly positioned and manned adjacent to the beach, the only down side was the music from it was far too loud. If it was toned down a bit it would have been an excellent place to sit and socialise.

Room was a bit dark and the stay it is not exactly cheap, but everything has to be brought in by boat so that is kind of understandable.

We had a beach front bungalow with a magnificent view of the sea in the morning. Room is very basic with a ventilator (instead of airco), but spacious and a good, hard bed and a separate nice bathroom. Every day free water bottles were supplied. Food was excellent and the staff is very friendly. It is a secluded destination, so if you want to visit somewhere else you will have to come and go by boat (longtail or speed). However, it is by no means a punishment if you stay at the beach for the day. It is cleaned by the staff every day and you can hire snorkeling attire to do some snorkeling as very nice spots are to be found right in front of the hotel. We came for a bit of rest and relaxation for a couple of days and this was certainly the spot for is.

- The room had no AC which was not easy, forced us to open the windows and door which led mosquitos in. - The team didn't clean the room at any day of our stay unless I went to ask to cleaning personally. Since it's located by the beach it got really sandy and the towels were not changed. - There are no night-life in the hotel and it's not possible to access the island center during the evening/night time due to the fact you can get there only with a boat.

Our room was located right on the beach, we had the perfect view from the room. The resturant in the hotel served good food and the drinks at the bar were amazing. The hotel surroundings were very clean and tidy.

The breakfast buffet was a bit dissapointing, even though you can also select one option from the voucher that is given during check-in, was expecting more. This is in case you book with breakfast included. There are other options available in the menu that are paid aside. Water pressure from the shower, almost close to none.

Staff is super friendly, the food at the restaurant and drinks are superb. The view from the room to the private beach is breathtaking, same for the view from the restaurant and bar. You can hike from the resort to a view point and the trail is pretty cool and not very hard (30 min up hill), from there you can go down to Tonsai Pier area (beach, markets, gift shops, restaurants). There are tours available, full and half day to see other beaches and do some snorkeling. The cabins are super cute and comfortable.

we booked a garden view bungalow, but we got something else. there was no balcony or garden view. after talking to a manager (not a nice talk) and showing her my reservation, she agreed on switching to another bungalow (which was really nice). there are some insects (big cockroaches) inside the room, so make sure you don’t have ANY food, even if it’s sealed. don’t do the massage, they are really not that professional, I mean my masseuse was a manager in the morning, waiter in the afternoon and then he was massaging me (which was not good at all).

If you want to stay at the most relaxing place on Phi Phi Island- this is the place! The bungalows are cute, food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing, you can also rent a kayak or/and snorkeling equipment and enjoy the clear blue water.

Our nights started with a cockroach hunt. We successfully killed 3 of them in our room. If you do not prefer such activities, we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Cosy bungalows near an amazing private beach with turqoise water and lively coral reef. If you love close-to-nature experiences, this place is for you. Nice food and cocktails, various program options (e.g. massage, half and one day snorkeling/fishing trips, kayaking) and helpful staff.

Although it was my mistake and I did not read the room description well before booking, I would have liked the rooms to have air conditioning. We had no trouble sleeping with the fan on but we prefer AC. Also, the room, especially the bathroom is not sealed shut, there are several openings where animals could crawl in although I must say none did during our stay and it was always clean. If you like a rustic style room it will be perfect for you.

I loved the location and the restaurant. The private beach was great and the island tour offered by the hotel saved us the trouble of having to sort through several offers on the main pier. The hotel tour made the whole thing safe and worry free. Also, the staff, especially at the restaurant was very helpful and welcoming. The food and drinks at the restaurant were great too and the wide selection made it so we did not have to look anywhere else for our food. Overall a great experience at an unbelievable price!
