Good location, good hospitality but no AC. Food was good. All stuff behaved very politely except Bar tender. He was showing some kind of racism. He was only busy and taking orders from Russian or Swedish tourists ignoring Indians.

The staff in the restaurant was a bit weird. The sheets on the bed in the bungalow smelled a bit (I guess because it's a wooden bungalow).

Amazing location if you like to relax and unwind. We had a bungalow with sea view and it was just stunning. The hotel has a private beautiful beach. The restaurants serves good food and also the breakfast was good.

The beach was beautiful at high tide. Unfortunately a lot of rocks are prsent at low tide so does not make for easy swimmimg.

The breakfast could have been more. You can choose from three options, no buffet. The location also has its little disadvantage: There are rocks in the water. Make sure you bring swimming shoes with you to get not hurt from the urchins.

Very nice location. Really feels you are far away from any civilization. Directly in great nature - jungle. Everything is built from wood, which gives a charming character. Nice little coral reef with fish which you can reach from the beach by swimming.

You will loose time to come with the boat from main pier to the hotel in both direction. Its make not much sense for one night i think Prices are high on Phi-Phi

The beds and pillows were extremely hard - like sleeping on a rock. Never had a more uncomfortable night. Barely slept

We were 3 days there and it was really good the staff is very friendly and they help you a lot, the trip for one day at phi phi Koh it was amazing. I get burt cause it was sunny and then the massage girl gift me some aloe for spend the night. Also the food is good ☺️. If you want to relax some days is very good option ! We will come back in the future. Thanks for all!!!

Shuttle boat is 150THB a person one way, that's a bit pricey. And the walking road is really sketchy. Also...don't bother ordering beachfront bungalow, since there is no difference, our bungalow was in front of rocks. If we had stayed longer there would have been nothing to do

The name says it all: This resort is for relaxation only. If you want to forget about everything and just lay on the beach this hotel is perfect for you. It has a private beach, it's own restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff and also really beautiful nature around it.

The bathrooms could have had hot water facilities. There were too few plug points in the room and the phone chargers were not able to connect properly. No AC so had to make do with pedestal fans.

The food was exceptional. It was fresh and well-cooked. We had a great view from our front sea facing bungalow. The staff were helpful and arranged the tours and other requirements without a hassle. We enjoyed the activities in the resort like kayaking. The beach was clean and we could paddle and swim in the sea.

The only way to get to the hotel is with the boats and they charge you 150b per person every time you need to leave or come back so basically it’s very isolated and there’s not much to do. Also there is no hot water in the shower.

The snorkelling area should be restricted with a line of balls and prohibited from boats movement as well as somebody should talk to fisherman from the village next to.

This place is paradise! Even though you are on Phi Phi (so popular!) you feel like you are on a lonely island than nobody knows about! So incredible - quiet, full of nature (all you see is palms, beach and sea), big clean private beach with coral reef just in front of your cabin. Breakfasts and restaurant in general is amazing, as well as bar. Staff is kind, polite and speaks English very well, the cabins are cleaned every day, they offer free snorkelling equipment. This is everything you need to feel the atmosphere of tropical places like Thailand before massive tourism started - no crowds, no loud parties. They have boat you can use to get to the pier and the centre. We’ve been travelling since march and this is one of the most wonderful places we have visited.

Beautiful resort on the east side of the island, only reachable by long tail (a local boat) from Tonsai Pier. The resort is in a natural bay away from the touristy and unpleasant crowd and mess of Tonsai Pier. Very nicely built and well immersed in the tropical forest surrounding the little bay the resort has a light footprint and is very well kept by the family management. The staff is very caring, welcoming and helpful. The cabanas are nice, the bed is super comfy and the bathroom is nicely arranged. Everything is very clean. It's the perfect place to enjoy the amazing beauty of Phi Phi while escaping the crowds and enjoying quiet and a relaxed experience.

The management should be more of English speaking. it would reduce the communication gaps. I felt the posters said different thing and when we took the day trips we were not promised as told by posters. be very clear about everything before taking the trip.

Lovely room as promised while we booked it. Amazing staff, always happy. we were privileged as only few rooms were taken. The chef is out of the world, what food just wow. Both the masseuse are good, the Lady who is known as Dr. is like a Thai boxer on the Massage table, the man is Humble and digs deep( choose what is right for you). Host in the restaurant is also amazing. The captain of the boat is lovely guy. I would have named them all but I am bad with names and Thai names are very new to me. snorkel around the resort is wow just wow.

In room only Table fans are provided... They weren't enough during night and that was the only time when it was bit uncomfortable... But the staff did provide additional fans to ensure a comfortable stay..

The Location, The View, Secluded, Private Beach, Daily Activities, Island Trip, FOOD and Welcoming Staff... Had the best time at Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort... Hotel gave us free upgrade on our bookings and ensured that we have a GREAT stay at thier property... Amazing stay with breathtaking view... Serene!
