It was slightly noisy at night, but this was noise from far away, so nothing that the accommodation can control. They did provide earplugs in the room though which was a nice touch.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was also a fridge, kettle and hairdryer which was useful. The shower presssure is also good and the water can be warm. The room also has a partial view of the island and sea which becomes a full view if you go to the communal sitting area. The pool is small but clean and with showers. The staff are very nice. They picked up our bags from the pier when we arrived and dropped them back off too. It’s not luxury, but it is clean and has everything you need, plus in an amazing location! 15 minute walk from the port, so away from the main hustle and bustle but still not too far.

AC / Noise from nearby bars/clubs. Room super basic

Basically you're paying for the view here. It's a beautiful sea view but on the whole the rooms are super super basic for the price. Could do with a bit of TLC, the A/C was very old and just didn't cool the room enough for me. It's also quite a walk across town, not terrible but it was very hot when we were there. It's also extremely noisy with the club/bars next to it, luckily I had head phones. It was nice in terms of staff are lovely, the view is lovely but I wouldn't rush to stay there again.

Whilst it may be an ideal location in terms of views, it turns into your techno nightmare by night. The reviews regarding the noise from the party next door are an understatement. My room happened to be the second one closest to where the party was held and the music was so loud that the entire bungalow was shaking! Drilling noises during the day. No time for peace here😢

View was as spectacular as in photos. Special shoutout to the staff who were very were friendly and helpful. The extra service of having someone transport our luggage to and from the port was a lifesaver if you have heavy luggage.

The bathroom could have been better, in particular, the tap for the shower. The whole area is noisy because of the partying on the beach which we had missed on reading the reviews but ear plugs were provided in the rooms.

The view was lovely and it was a cosy resort, very simple but that was what we wanted. The staff were very helpful. It had a small pool and some weights.

The extra bed provided was a cot and sank in the middle like a taco. We loved the view from the porch but couldn’t sit out very long as we’d get attacked by mosquitoes within seconds even with Thai brand mosquito spray. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The location and views were great!! The staff were so friendly and met us at the pier with a cart to put our luggage in and they pushed it to the hotel for us. The room was quite small but you don’t really spend a lot of time in the room in Phi Phi haha

wasn’t great locking the room from the inside as the lock didn’t feel secure. you can hear loud music from the town if you want a quieter place. was more basic but still had a really nice stay!

It was ok. Everything was working. Of course, It is not as spacious, comfortable or modern like in other parts of Thailand. But hey, you are on Koh phi phi, you know what to expect. If you re not here for a bit of party and crazyness, you should better stay on a different island.

The location is not bad but you have to count with quite a lot of walking to all the popular spots and the piers itself. We had an extra bed which wasn't very comfortable, but hey, at least the allow it.

The pricing was fairly reasonable compared to the other accommodation options in the area. The wifi was good and the staff very nice and attentive. They have a small pool which we didn't even end up using. They also kept our bags past check out and let us shower quickly before leaving.

In the rooms there is barely any place where you could put your clothes and belongings, but when we asked for hangers and a table the hosts were very helpful

The duvet inner was single, and the cover double; so it was difficult to share bedding with someone. The noise from the pool party bar was quite loud until late AM hours.

You can’t beat the location of this place. It has the most beautiful view on the island. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but OK.

The fridge turns off when you leave the room.

The view was okay. We also used the free billards table. Bathroom was also fine - thanks for the net on the bathroom vents, because it was more safe and I was calm that we would not find a centipede in the room, although we slept with a cute gecko, and on the day of departure we had a harmless milipede on the floor. Having had unpleasant experiences in another hotel, here, in terms of net protection against centipedes, I felt quite safe. Also, despite many parties nearby it was surprisingly quiet.

The noice from the disco at the beach was very loud until around 3:30 every night. It’s not the fault of the hotel, just unlucky location. Very budget hotel, but you have all the essential services.

Wonderful view, close to the sea, with direct access to the sea (rocks). Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
