The shower was small and it got water everywhere as there was no shower curtain only a small wall.

The room had a sea view and a lovely hang out area with a hamoc, pool table and chairs to sit on. It's just a good distance to get to the centre where all the shops and restaurants, but fat away enough to Aoife the night chaos and noise. There was a bar next door which played music but they gave you ear plugs.

It is very loud at night due to a party in the nearby bar. It’s not the hotel’s fault but I just want to point it out. The room was not in the best condition.

Sockets are not by the bed, neither any night stands, no toiletries in the bathroom. Could hear music from all bars in the beach but we were so tired that it did not really bother us.

The staff and the view from the terracce of the house was nice. Few min walk from the centre of everything. Property has a small pool but the water is very warm, so when we wanted to refresh ourselfs, it felt like taking a hot bath (did not notice any filtration).

The next door disco (entire beach) gets pounded with really loud and really bad electronic music until 3:00am almost every night. I'm not exaggerating. There is no sound ordinance and you will NOT be able to sleep!

I loved everything about staying in phi phi island it was the best part of my trip but I wish the greeting staff was there waiting for me at the dock with a hotel sign like everyone else’s hotel was 😂

The noise from all the beach bars and parties travels via sea over the whole bay. So each night the music was finishing around 3am. We didn’t sleep well at all there.

Just to note, since it is near the beach with parties going on till 2 in the morning. The ocean does carry the sound up to the rooms. Not the loudest, but enough to feel the vibrations. So if you are a light sleeper, they provide ear plugs, but also you may want to go more inland away from the beach.

The pictures don't lie. This bungalow is right above the beach and you get to wake up to beautiful blue waters which is always a win in my opinion. The rooms were comfortable. I had a private deck and the room was decently big. The AC unit worked well which is a must and I loved that there was a working fridge in there to keep my bottle water cold. When I arrived, there was a little bit of confusion with the person meeting me at the dock but it got sorted and I am so happy I didn't have to track my bags to and from the dock. The location is out of the way from the main hustle and bustle of the shops, but still is a short walk to them. It is also only a few minute walk away from the main swimming beach where you can get paddle board and kayak for rent. On that beach they also do night parties which have a cool fire dance put on by freedom bar you must check out. When I arrived they also handed me a cold bottle of water which was so appreciated. I do recommend for location and activity.

In general, this property could use an update - new chairs by the pool, some hangers in the room would be nice. Would really like to be able to get a couple of extra pillows.

This is a funky little place in a good location with beautiful views of the bay and mountains. The rooms are very basic, but comfortable enough, with a decent king size bed, fridge and outdoor seating porch. There's a nice outdoor area to hang out with a pool table and some tables/chairs. The pool is fine, but really quite hot. Staff is friendly enough. We didn't have any issues with the sound, perhaps it was our location as farthest from the center.

This isn’t a negative and we were told in advance about the music from the clubs on the beach. Yes you can hear it but I quite enjoyed.

The balcony view was brilliant and had a cool breeze. Phi phi was very hot and we spent most of the time just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

It’s a little run down but it has a certain charm to it.

It’s quite for Phi Phi, still you will hear all the loud music across the water. The views are amazing. I would recommend booking a bungalow right on the water.

Wifi none existent for more than half the stay Music and base from the beach partys run every night until around 3am (to be expected anywhere in phi phi) Smell surrounding the island was really off putting, not that the hotel was responsible We had to buy an air freshener for the bathroom

The room lacks essential amenities such as a side table, wardrobe, and coffee sachets. Considering the limited facilities, the room cost seems slightly high. Therefore, it would be beneficial for the management to consider reorganizing the room amenities.

The hotel's proximity to the beach is excellent. If you desire a private beach experience without a crowd, this hotel is well-suited for you. While a few guests have mentioned challenges with noise from the bar, I believe it is manageable.
