To access most of the rooms, you literally need to hike. Also, sunbeds are quite old.

There is nothing to do at the location and you need to get a boat each time you want to go to town. Even on a romantic get away you need something else to do from time to time.

Beautiful location on the island of Phi Phi accessible only by longtail boat but the Hotel provide a free service for check in and check out. We stayed for only 2 nights but was worth the visit to experience this little piece of paradise. We had celebrated my Wife's 40th Birthday and the Hotel staff have gone above and beyond decorating our room which was a really nice touch...thanks to all the staff at Phi Phi Beach Resort 👌

The boiler in the bathroom could be a little bit better isolated cause it is located quite close to an open shower. But Beskidem It was super nice

There are no negative thoughts, all good.

The view and the rooms (we had the villa) are incredible cosy. The landscape is hard, but the hotel have several cars and they can take you up and down for free. The breakfast is super tasty. The sea!! There are so many fish, you must see that! We bought the mask, snorkel and swimming shoes very cheap right on the beach. Thank you so much for our vacation!

The only hard thing I’d say was walking up to our room was a steep hike, but they offered rides up to your room.

We enjoyed our stay at Phi Phi. We loved being able to walk out of our room and be on the beach! My fiancé had a wonderful time with the scuba diving they offered at the resort (for an additional fee). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we felt like we were pampered every step of the way.

The facilities are rundown and tired looking. A lot of deferred maintenance. Beds are not comfortable. It needs a full remodel.

Almost nothing, only it is a bit far from everything, but if you want to stay in the hotel this is not an issue. Walking is not a practical option, better to take a boat for 100BHT (about $3US dollars during the day or 150BHT at night per person, each way). You have to know that you need to climb up and down the ladder of the boat to the water, to get in and out the boat most times, so you can get wet to the knees, but it might happen that it gets to your thigs (it happened to me once, but this is rare and it should not happen, it was a mistake by the boatman).

The hotel is so beatiful. It is located in Long Beach, the beach is fantastic with a reef 5-10 meters from shore and million color fishes that marvel the guests. We have our own mask, but you can also rent them in a shop closeby. The rooms are located in separated bungalows, so you have your privacy with a balcony, the views from the balcony of each bedroom is SPECTACULAR! Best ever! So private that we left the curtains open at night so by the morning we see the sea and island from our bed! One important thing is that you do not need to walk up and down the hill, there are small trucks coming and going on demand (they literaly take less than 5 min to arrive when you call them) so you can walk if you want, but you can also take them up the hill at no extra cost. The free breasfast is fantastic! The restaurant is good also to take dinners (extra cost). If you want to explore any other beach of the island (or any other island) which I recommend, you should take a boat either to go to the town (Tonsai beach) or you might arrange the trip with one of the boats at the hotels directly (we did not do that, so I do not know their prices), for example you can get a boat to other nice beach stay there, and arrange with the same boat to come for you in 3-4hs. The place is paradise!!

Accommodation was on steep hill so a climb to your accommodation but they did offer a taxi. The room internally was very good but as per previous comments externally could do with a little tlc.

Review of Beach Resort: The resort itself is fantastic! It's clean, well-maintained, and offers an excellent experience overall. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. However, my experience with the boat tour staff was less than ideal. The woman leading the boat tour was unfriendly and seemed to be yelling at the customers, which really took away from the experience. Additionally, the gentleman (Fat Guy) working alongside her was also unprofessional, which was disappointing. These two individuals really stood out for all the wrong reasons, and their attitude is something the resort should address to maintain its reputation. Otherwise, everything else was great!
