Abit of sewage smell in the toilet in my room, but not in my friends' room. Resort could perhaps provide free life jackets to their guests.

The room was spacious. The beach in front was amazing and we could snorkel and see fishes right at the beach. Got the seaview room and it was really overlooking the sea. Breakfast had a good spread as well. The resort kindly provided towels and beach towels which was nice.

the beach chairs could have an upgrade. Make them of wood or bamboo instead of plastic, will make huge difference with respect to feeling of luxury (minor detail tough..).

We loved the complimentary breakfast. Super unique location, do need to use taxi boats to get to and from phi phi. We did the viewpoint hike from the hotel and walked into phi phi one night and that was beautiful!! The beaches here are stunning!! Overall excellent stay :)

Room was starting to show its age, had running repairs but our bungalow is in need of proper upgrade now to reflect its 4.5 star rating

Small issue is our room was quite a walk from the beach and was quite basic. However this was the room type we booked, we just didn't realise how far back it would be.

The beach area is beautiful and the staff were all great.

i think the only criticism id have it no aircon/temp control in a toilet. it gets too hot there

Lack of information on what the activities around the island/night forest show ect.

The property is in a great location fat from the tourist by the pier. The breakfast is ok, like everywhere in Thailand a mix with traditional Thai food. The rooms are clean and spacious with everything you would need and the staff in general very attentive and kind.

A little sluggish on some requests from reception.

The view from my room was nothing short of spectacular. Food at the restaurant was great. Diving club onsite is a bonus. All services and amenities are good. Staff generally are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely location at the end of beautiful Long Beach. Brilliant views and a 5-10 minute long tail boat ride to the pier where there’s nightlife , shops and restaurants. There is a nightly fire show on the beach for hotel guests which was entertaining and fun. This was my second stay at Phi Phi the beach and the only hotel I would choose on Phi Phi .

Rooms are quite warm and need elec key to keep aircon on so off when you leave room and therefore when you get back super hot Bar is quite dear in comparison

I did not like that we were not aware that unless you come prepared to pay for traveling back and forth every day to see anything different than your hotel(for each individual in your party). I couldn’t really enjoy our cabin due to reptiles and insects. Can’t get comfortable knowing there might be another snake in our shower, at any time. If you wanted to “try” a dish make sure you can stomach it because you are stuck with it.

Our room was set up like a honeymoon suite like they promised. Access to a private beach. When you ordered room service you do not have to wait long. Food was great. They had entertainment every night. Some staff were friendly.

Fabulous location with a quiet beach at the end of Long Beach. The resort have complementary longtail boats to collect you from Ton Sai pier and take you back (certain times during the day) which takes about 15 min. The rooms are accessed using buggies which are easy to call for. We had complementary cans, bottles of water and flannel left in our fridges for us each day. Robes, toiletries, slippers and towels provided as well. We had a fantastic view from our room but spent a lot of time snorkeling from the beach, boat trips. The sun loungers are for resort guests only with staff serving us drinks/food. Bills for food/drinks paid at the end of stay. Laundry service per item provided too. Shop for supplies, dive Centre (book early), massage treatments on site. The restaurant was not air conditioned but we had fans in the breakfast area. In the evening, there were fire shows which were fun to watch. Loved the place and people - so friendly and helpful. Beware the Thai Papaya salad - was so spicy I couldn’t manage eating it! Special mention to Sakai and Niang!

Very steep steps upto the room, with no lights. We had an eatly morning trip to Maya Beach and had to leave the hotel at 5.30am. It was pitch black making our way to the beach from our room.

Great hotel, located on a stunning beach. Room was fantastic with amazing views. The breakfast was lovely with a great choice. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Wish we’d stayed longer !!!

Absolutelly terrible smell in our bathroom - this is quite common in Thailand. Our A/C turned off after 1 hour.

Located in a beautiful garden, modest but nice room. Highly recommened. Good selection for breakfast, nice staff. Absolutely amazing beach, great for snorkeling, beautiful sunsets. Enough sunbeds with umbrellas for everyone. Free minibar with non alcoholic beverages. Tastefull food in a restaurant.

Loved this hotel, nothing to complain about

Arriving at this hotel on the long tail boat was amazing. Stepping into the water and then getting a cart up to our room was all lovely. The view from the room was amazing. In the night you can hear the monkeys, birds and other wildlife, so you truly feel away from things! The hotel room/hut was beautiful and had two extra beds for the kids. The beach is stunning and you can see tropical fish swimming around and there is an infinity pool. We ate at the restaurant which had decent choice.
