The fact that you had to walk a bit to get to the beach and the lizards in the room, they were a few sometimes, which I didn't enjoy as I have reptile phobia.

I think the room was amazing! The view was stunning, the room was always very clean, and they provided us with some small snacks on our first day. The location is perfect with a nice beautiful beach far away from the craziness in Phi Phi island. The food was great and a fair price considering that we are in Phi Phi island.

The king bed was 2 beds pushed together. The mattress was extremely firm which I thought I wouldn’t like, but somehow was very comfortable for me. The food at the restaurant was not good for dinner but there is a great option down the beach.

We loved seeing the beautiful view from our room. The beach chairs set up under the big shade trees were lovely. They provide very nice beach towels. Lots of choices in the breakfast buffet.

Can't think of anything we didn't like, just a perfect place to visit for a relaxing place.

It was an excellent hotel it felt like you were in paradise. The food was reasonably priced and to an excellent standard we really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. We wished we'd stayed longer if we we're to travel to Thailand again we would return to this hotel on Phi Phi Island again. Highly recommended to anyone to give it a try as you won't be disappointed.

on the first day we booked a delux sea view, we got a partial sea view with a big tree overshaddowing the whole balcony, blocking out the sun and infested with ants and bugs. making the balcony unuseable. we were then moved the following day to another room with an amazing balcony and view.

view from our second room was amazing

The property is clearly in need of a little care and maintenance. The rooms were comfortable but dated. The outside of the rooms need the most work with some rotten decking (my husband’s foot went through the decking in our first room). The staff in the restaurant need to be more attentive and the food is ok but below par for Thailand. Also, if the sunbeds on the beach were replaced or had cushions the review and comfort factor would improve so so much! They really let the hotel down.

The hotels location on long beach is absolutely stunning! A very short swim to Shark Point for some of the best snorkelling on the island! Whilst the resort is a hilly resort, the shuttle service was fab and quick to take you to your room. It may feel expensive but the hotel does offer good value for Phi Phi.

    - it is not their fault, but to bare in mind when you book here: accessible only by taxi boat (100/150 bahts per person) - restaurant - after 2 days, the menu is limited... and is quite expensive, compared to regular restaurants... feels like we are paying for a "convenience fee" more than the food - bungalows can be difficult to reach (steep and long walks) - but you can easily request the car to take you, at least to go up... but it can be annoying to "forget" something in your room and have to go back. And... with this location and the structure they have, it would be great if they update a little bit facilities and rooms...

location could not be better - long beach is amazing (bring your snorkel) and the hotel is on it room is comfy and clean swimming pools are nice breakfast, compared to other hotels in Thailand we've been, was good (but we could have a coffee machine - the one from the bottle is not compatible to the standard from the hotel)

The staff, quite unusual for Thailand , were a bit rude. The room was never cleaned during my 2 day stay.I would not stay here again.

Not a bad place, but it's at Long Beach, and to get to ferry/ restaurants/bars requires a 10-minute boat trip on a long tail. The beach at the hotel is ok, nothing great. Next time I will stay at Tonsai near everything.

The only hard thing was to get from beach to our bungalow. We need to hike 5 min because it was on the back road. I’ll recommend to have bungalows in an frontier road.

It exceeds very expectations. We loved our time there.

I didn't like the location. If you are not going to Tonsai pier, it's not so bad, but if you want to enjoy restaurants and nightlife, then you have to take a longboat ride. 10 mins there and 10 back if there is no waiting. It's very noisy in the morning with the long-tail boats.coming and going. Rooms need some upgrading.

Nice clean bungalows, though a little worn. Mine was close to the beach, but some are way up the hill, so be careful when you choose.. The beach is ok, not great. The price was very good for the size of the room..

The reception staff weren't as friendly as all the other resorts we've been to. Although the restaurant staff were very friendly. The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, especially the extra freestanding single beds.

Great location and absolutely beautiful view from the room and balcony. It was a lovely beach resort. We're so happy we stayed out of the town at this resort. Also a great fire show on the beach, its one of our favourite resorts we've been to.

Walking the hills can be quite tiring in the heat and sometimes there was a wait for the truck to pick us up. The front desk staff could have been friendlier. Having to take a longboat everywhere would not have been a problem but you cannot book them through the resort. All boat taxis and tours are booked through a bar not associated with the resort and only accepts cash (Thai bahts)

The reef in front of the resort is beautiful with amazing snorkeling, the food was good, and the fire show was impressive. The service staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sakai! The pool in front of the dive shop looking over the beach was great for sunset.
