Beautiful room and lovely pool area, close to everything

This is a very modern and clean hotel tucked down a side street but very close to all the bars and restaurants. The rooms are very nicely designed and we had a sea view, a balcony and a complementary breakfast. There was some minor distance sound of music from one of the bars but this is typical for Phi Phi and it didn't disturb our sleep at all.

It was very clean and spacious. Loved the balcony/patio and nice view of flowering bushes and trees. They also had a table set and a clothes drying rack on the balcony which was very convenient.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms aesthetically pleasing with efficient ac. Pool is great. Included breakfast and luggage assistance to and from the port was a nice perk.

We stayed two nights, one of which wasn’t so calm for us. There were guys from next door and were by the pool till late and the noise was too loud.

The property is very beautiful, the exterior design is modern and nice. The room is clean and comfy. The location is maybe the best in this island. It’s near to everywhere ✨

Fabulous little hotel. Super facilities - for a hotel this size & where it’s located, the pool was a fantastic addition and nice spot to swim/sunbathe. Breakfast was great too. Lots of choice and fantastic coffee! Very clean - hotel was spotless, and if you wanted your room cleaning every day, just leave the sign on your door. If you were out / didn’t leave the sign on the door, they would leave you fresh towels, bottles of water and toilet paper everyday in a bag on your door handle. Great location - very central, but felt far enough away from the main hustle & bustle. Only thing I will say is with being so central you do get some noise from the bigger bars at night, but didn’t bother us and had no issue sleeping over this! And finally the staff were fantastic, so kind & helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Hope to visit Phi Phi again one day & if we do, we will definitely be re booking! Thanks again for such an enjoyable stay!

Reception was the only disappointing thing, once you check-in all you get is request to pay (they dont charge your card, you need to pay there + the comission) and your room key. There was no such thing as welcome to Phi Phi or any kind of introduction. No info about the breakfast, it was included, but we weren't told. Other guests were surprised too when they discovered they had breakfast by an accident. You don't get the tour around hotel, nor the information when the pool closes. Staff doesn't speak english or if they do they are not very keen to conversate with tourists. You feel like you are bothering them.

Rooms are modern and stylish, pool area lovely and modern with sunbeds available at any time.

Free breakfast was really nice quality with a lot of choice. Our room was perfect, big and really clean with a lovely view. It was quiet compared to everywhere else on the island. Pool was a nice addition.

To be honest nothing. Some people may argue that it can be noisy at night, but I believe it is with all stays in Phi Phi town and that is most certainly not something the property can do about.

The property is very close to the great allies of the town and very close to the beach. The staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. We had a top floor room and that is absolutely an advantage for the view. The room and bathroom are very spacious and comfortable. The bed is very good and the pillows too.

We had a room facing the pool downstairs it was beautiful and so clean. Bed was so comfortable and perfect location walking distance to everything but heard no noise at night.

Towels- poor quality. Only one bath towel, no hand towels. Servicing of room was very hit and miss.

Spacious, light room with lovely balcony. Fresh and modern. Quiet location in the ‘town’ away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough if you want a ‘lively’ vibe. Gorgeous pool with loungers.

Water pressure is ridiculously low but this might be a common problem in town. No elevator, but the staff is willing and able to help with luggage, on call and super helpful!

Location and everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and modern. This is a novelty in Phi Phi! Also, we did not hear any noise at night because the hotel is right in the middle of the town but tucked into a quiet corner.

We did not know that we have to pay 3% charge when paying for hotel stay upon check in, that was unpleasant .. booking must inform about this their customers
