Air conditioning weak. Had to wait ca 40min before room reached a good temperature. Breakfast poor. Generally the place is not so bad but could be better :) For this money is OK

walking distance from the Phi Phi center. Not much to say about a good parts. Kind of budget place. On Phi Phi if you are looking for really good hotel then you have to pay more money.

we were lucky and got one of the rooms more to the bottom of the stairs, if you get one of the higher up rooms you have to walk up a LOT of stairs. really annoying in the heat, but when you check in one of the workers will help carry your luggage.

the view was so nice, really nice bathroom and a lot cleaner than a lot of the reviews had lead me to believe. We were perfectly happy in this room

Breakfast was more expensive than most places and had less selection. For the higher priced hotel that I was at compared to many others we stayed in Thailand, breakfast should have been included. It seemed like a room that was going to have air conditioning but just had a couple fans so it was hot. The food was ok but nothing was great.

The stairs are killers. It’s a climb up to the room so be mindful of that.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. they helped us with our bags from the pier to the room. the view from the room is STUNNING really amazing !! it’s also a good distance from center so you can get a good nights sleep without all the noise from the parties. The pool is nice and refreshing especially during the hot days.

surrounded by trash reception didnt understand english and we had to use google translate. in case of an emergency they were of no help. there’s no “top view” from any of the rooms (i booked 8). definitely overpriced.

the stairs! It’s a straight vertical “mountain climb” up like like 10 stories of stairs to get to the room. if you’re slightly out of shape you’re going to regret it. They only take cash and do not accept credit cards so make sure you have enough cash with you to pay for the room

The rooms weren't what we expected as it was showing on the booking. It was a very unpleasant experience and I don't recommend unless you're staying in the building on top.

Check in was a joke, got there at 14:00 for check in to be laughed at and told to come back at 16:00, came back at 16:30 got take to the room and it was still getting cleaned by the cleaners and wasn’t the room we booked. They eventually got us the room we booked 3 and a half hours after we were meant to check in we got in the room

cleaning, door locker not working property, the safe locker do not work, and we wanted to pay by card as agreed, they said first day the machine was broken, but actually they didn’t bem had credit card machine and in the last day we needed to pay by cash.

To get to our room there was over 70 stairs, wouldn’t recommend to elderly or anyone that has bad legs. We missed our first night as there were no boats running after 4pm we message to let the lady know we wouldn’t be able to make its and she was very blunt
