It was amazing! We had water dropped to our room everyday, it was a bit of a walk but was good to escape all the noise. It was exactly what we needed.

We stayed there for 3 nights and they never cleaned the room, we arrived with empty shower gel and they never refill it and the toilet was smelly . The fridge was not cleaned well. The hotel is beautiful but very low standard and maintenance.

There were an awful lot of bugs that made their way into our room, we only stayed for one night and woke up with a lot of bites, there was a gap under the front door big enough for insects and critters to enter, we had a small lizard say hello at one point 😂

Hard to find with google maps, better ask them before coming to mark location and ask them to show you how the door lock works if youre new in thailand. Big minus for reserving help with luggage for check out - confirmed in person, wrote done on note - no one showed up! Fortunetly we didnt stay at the top (lots of stairs), cool swimming pool, cleaning everyday if youd like, fresh towels every day withouth asking (love it), fresh water everyday and nice views. We really enjoyed Phi Phi :)

The location from the Tonsai pier, you have to walk for 15 minutes atleast.

The service was excellent 👌. Very beautiful room, amazing breakfast. They also help in carrying your luggage from the pier

The reception of the resort is on a different road and then we had to climb around 100 stairs to just get to the room. There are no phones in the room to order or complain if required. Once you're in the room, you will need to climb down 100 stairs and walk another 500 metres just to get to the reception. The staff behaviour was not cooperative and the staff didn't even bring water bottles even after reminding 4-5 times. Total waste of money. There was no room keeping as well.

The door wasn't that good to lock. You need to pull hard so that the door will close and it is annoying.

I like the staffs, they are so friendly. Love the view too, we managed to extend our stay for another night and stayed at the new building where the nice view of the pool and the sea is amazing to see.

The walls are a bit then, you can see people on their balconies while in your room, the hall to the rooms are dark, there are no sheets on the bed, and the bathroom needed lots of repairs.

The main problem ws with swimming pool which was completely unusuable. The yellow color and bad smell avoid to swimm or just relax at this area. We claim it and result was that they closed the entry by notice. Breakfest was very simple.

The hotel is miles away from the main part of the town. You have to walk through loads of building sites to get to the hotel. It’s really not in the nice side of the island. Loads of rubbish everywhere. The hotel is on a hill so you have to climb a lot of steps to to your room and again to the swimming pool. The room was below average. The sheets were stained. The room was dirty. The tables and chairs outside of the room were dirty. The bathroom stinks of damp. The shower was dripping all night. The staff were ok. Not very friendly but sorted everything quickly and showed us to the room. The breakfast was embarrassing! Nothing fresh and tasted terrible. The swimming pool water was green!!! My opinion is that for £120/night we stayed in a overprice hostel. It’s Definitely not value for money!

unfortunately I think my room was a poor standard compared to other 3stars are. I was given no towels at on arrival, however a staff member later realised and got me some which was nice. my room never got cleaned while I was there. there was supposed to be bottled water provided In my room which I didn’t have. the bed sheets looked dirty and the pillows, the side lamps didn’t work, the hot water played up but this could be due to the age of the building and there was quite a few insects somehow getting in. I’m not saying it’s the worst hotel but it does need some improvements.

DO NOT GET breakfast over there. We got food poisoning and ruined 3days of our holidays. The breakfast is disappointing anyways. They serve fried rice, chicken nuggets (primary food poisoning suspect) and scrambled eggs.

The room was comfortable and neat. It had some spider webs in the corners but was pleasant overall.

AC in the room was not working for the first 2 days of my stay. The fridge was not working on day 1, but was replaced with a slightly better version on day 2. When the room was cleaned, the duvet cover was replaced with a sheet folder over the duvet - seems like they ran out of duvet covers. This was obviously not a very good plan, as it all came apart when sleeping. The rooms has to be reached by climbing many, very steep stairs, making it difficult to reach, especially with luggage. The establishment should warn people that these rooms are only suitable for fit, able-bodied people. It will be a nightmare for elderly people.

Rooms size and layout was good, and close to the pool.

you cancelled my booking and then had to pay 3 times as much to stay. one female staff member in the pool bar was extremely rude and not helpful when she got our order wrong 3 times
