Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe main problem with this resort is that you can hear the electronic club music from the beach until 3 am every night. It is very loud. We had to buy earplugs, which helped a bit. Every tap in the bathroom had a broken handle and the bathroom walls were dirty. The pool was quite green but they added chlorine and it got a bit clearer each day. Many broken tiles in the pool.
The pool deck overlooking the ocean was nice

SpainPrice is a bit high (even for phi phi prices). Be aware of the Credit card fee 3 % and the loud music from 5 pm till 5 am. Check out may take long. Furnishing is simple and the sanitary facilities are dirty (cockroaches) and partly broken.

United KingdomThe steps. Definitely keep you fit. As mentioned the toilets for the pool. The extremely load music from the hotel Ibiza Beach (hostel that boomed music day and night to the early hours. Strangely you couldn’t hear it when walking into Phi Phi but this seemed to travel and could be heard around the pool etc and in your room. If you did need towels as these may have not been replaced when your room had been cleaned then you had to make the hike to reception and La La to ask for these. Which would be immediately provided. You had to request your room to be cleaned. Which we would want even if it is simply the bathroom bin to be emptied daily without having to ask for this.
First off this is a honest review. If you contact the hotel they may have staff meet you at the port to assist with your bags. Unfortunately this didn’t happen for us, we had to Walk through Phi Phi to get to the hotel. Use google maps entering the exact hotel name otherwise you could end up at other hotels with View etc in the name. La La is very efficient but may come across a little rude or stern when checking in but it is just her way she is actually lovely and very helpful. She met our every need when asked for extra towels, pillows A great host who kept her team in check The pool is stunning a little small but sufficient as people come ago throughout the day. Unfortunately the toilets behind reception which you can use whilst around the pool were blocked throughout our time and you were unable to use. (They were horrible). This wouldn’t be a problem but bearing in mind where your own room may be this is a big problem that really does need addressing. The small restaurant/bar is okay food is fair. It is lovely to sit on the deck chairs as the sun goes down. Stunning views. Now truth. Once checked in we then had to walk the 48 steps of various shapes and sizes elevating the hill to our room. I can say this is a killer in the extreme heat. Once entering the room you may have a shock. It’s 70’s decor you feel like what have I booked. The views from your room are spectacular and that is what you are paying for. Once you get over the decor the rooms are spacious. The beds are comfy. The bathroom is big but very basic but the electric shower was actually far better than some in other hotels we had stayed in. Constant hot water. After all you are only in your room to sleep and shower. Overall we had a lovely stay La La is wonderful and the staff in the restaurant are very efficient and friendly.

RussiaSpent 3 nights, couldn’t stay longer, and probably wouldn’t have wanted to. Maybe for these islands, $50 is not a lot of money for a spacious room with a large bed and a small extra bed and its own shower and toilet, but it is still expensive and the price does not correspond to the inconvenience received - the bed has no switch above the head, the linen on the bed is stained and stains, the mattress seemed soft, but old and with small springs sticking out here and there. The room and everything in it are quite old - urgently needs updating. water flows in the sink only when you hold the button on the tap with one hand - this is the first time I’ve encountered this, it’s very inconvenient - you can’t even wash your hands without additional difficulties!!! ((( such difficulties can be justified - saving water on the island. The shower warms the water a little. The toilet barely washes off the water - keep in mind when you want to not only pee!!! The walls of the room are thin - the neighbors often listened to music and talked loudly - you can hear everything.
I was pleased with the good air conditioning in the room and water in the refrigerator by the bottle. At the reception you can buy tickets for the ferry and bus and order tourist services, as well as drink tea and cookies. The hotel has a small swimming pool with a beautiful view of the beach and the mountains opposite.
