Overall experience was good. The location is amazing and breakfast was great too. The only disappointment was that first they put us in a twin room instead of the double bed we booked. They did so despite the fact we informed them weeks in advance that we are on our honeymoon. When I pointed out that this is not the room we booked, they said they can't give us the room we booked for the first night as they are fully booked. So we stayed one night out of 3 nights in separate beds. Then we could move to another room but we had to go through the room checkout process at 11am and we received the new room only at 2pm.. I am highlighting this because we booked well in advance and we were disappointed by the fact they did not mention their mistake at the check-in and just tried to get away with it..

A beautiful, quiet and peaceful location. Far enough away from the busier and noisier parts of the island but lots of restaurants and cafes a short walk away and the tour to Phi Phi Lee left from the hotel beach.

A solid 8. Great location if you want peace and quiet at night but to be able to walk into the busy area. Breakfast buffet was good, and the rooms large and clean. We didn't use the pool but lots of people were and it looked lovely. We preferred the 15 walk to Long Beach. The sea was crystal clear and we saw loads of colourful fish. Would highly recommend viewpoint 2 over viewpoint 1.

We were asked to provide a cash deposit on check-in that was not previously disclosed, which would have been fine if it had. The breakfast was fine, but two of our group had severe stomach upset a short while after, although it could have been from something the day before.

We enjoyed everything about the property. It had a lovely pool and a quiet, little beach. It was close to everything and still maintained an air of tranquility. The room was clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. The staff were very friendly. We would go back.

The breakfast isn't the best - the hot food is usually cold and the cereal didn't seem fresh

the whole resort is fantastic and it is out of the main area but only a 10min walk if you want to go into the main area for dinner or a night out

We actually stayed in 2 rooms. A bungalow which had a door to the bathroom only 5'10' high. We were told it is slatted to be renovated. I hope they do. The other room was modern and nice.

Although located 15 min walk from the pier, someone meet us at the pier and took our luggage to the hotel (both directions). Pool was great. Beach was great. Restaurant and breakfast were good. We had two rooms. We liked the second one in the new building in the back of the property.

Private beach was not as while we were there day trippers were turning up and took out beds as we got up to leave . Very noisy beach from so many boats coming and going . Breakfast was very average

There was no bar serving drinks in the immediate proximity, there is a lovely beach and to have a nice glass of something would have been great.

The room was fab, the beds were comfy, the shower great and it was very clean, the pool was lovely and the facilities to ensure you got in the pool clean after returning from the beach were good. The proximity to the beach and some nice little restaurants was excellent.

They don't clean your room until after 2pm which is quite late as that's often nap time on holiday !

Fantastic location, just outside the busy town that you can easily walk into easily. Very quiet at night, 2 min walk to a small beach and 20 min easy walk to the lovely Long Beach

Breakfast are quite bad, everyday same stuff, not to much to choose from.

Nice surrounding, well maintained, room were spacious, everything was working. The pool was realy warm, like 32`C, very comfy to stay for a longer time.

Mosquitoes crowded outside the villa door and it was a battle to get inside without letting them in too (though I can imagine this being the case at accommodation everywhere on the island) Fruit etc was not covered at breakfast and would end up covered in flies which was a little unpleasant The sun beds on the beach filled up quickly and it was very hard to get a spot

The constant threat of mosquitos around and in the villa.

The location in a quiet area of Phi Phi is great (away from the large, busy club area). The villa was nice and comfortable (mosquitos are a constant challenge though). The pick-up of our luggage at the ferry port went smooth and flawless.
