Rooms are next to loud bars but thisnis to be expected when on a island and everything is close together.

When we arrived in the Koh Phi Phi, we had to call the hotel even though we were informed that a staff member would pick us. Also, during the night, it was a bit nosy from all surrounding bars.

The hotel was in a perfect location, next to all bars, restaurants, and the beach. Only 10 minutes from the pier. The staff was absolutely helpful.

The hotel is located on top of a karaoke bar and there is zero soundproof, if you plan to sleep before 2am it’s impossible, even with ear plugs (not practical if you want to take an early trip to Maya bay for example). No elevator, we had to carry our luggage up 2 floors. Our room wasn’t cleaned the second day even if we indicated that we would like it cleaned.

Location inside the touristic center of the island, the hotel staff also transfers your luggage for free from and to the port. The room was spacious with all the amenities needed.

Mold, rust, not the cleanest, problem with water tank of the toilet

The rooms were nice but a bit old and smelled a bit of mold. We also had an issue with water coming out of the water tank of the toilet and it was very annoying. There was rust everywhere in the bathroom and it was not the cleanest, but it was ok overall. The location is great though and the staff is very friendly and they helped us with booking a trip to visit the islands which was very nice.

The rooms were a bit dated and there was noise from nearby bars that went on until the early hours.

Great affordable hotel right in the centre of all the action and minutes from the beach. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and also helped us book a boat tour. The room was slightly dated but had everything we needed. Some late night noise from nearby bars but nothing that can't be solved with some earplugs!

It’s quite close to a bar which does karaoke most nights which was quite noisy at night time but that’s the only downfall really.

Such a lovely room, very comfortable and clean. Easy access to the hotspots on the island and the beach.

It’s quit old , no breakfast , they only give coffee and cookies as complimentary breakfast, you are not allowed to enter the property with your shoe you leave it behind , no gym no spa , it’s just for sleeping

In the middle of the night life , expect the noise at night and loud music

There were quite a few ants in the room.

Cute little room, right in the centre of Phi Phi but doesn’t feel it. Staff are super friendly and helpful, let us leave our bags after checkout.
