Be prepared to walk alot of stairs (that don’t feel the safest) to get to your room. Definitely seems like they are still recovering from the effects of covid and there needs to be some serious maintenance work done. Would be great once they get to complete this.

Bed and pillows were very hard, toilet very outdated/run down. Pool wasn’t very clean. Probably not a hotel suitable for families as very loud at night (con of being close to restaurants and bars on small island) and also this hotel attracts lots of backpacker who would come in very loud late at night. Also bear in mind most of the rooms are up lots of stairs. Offensive sewage smell (as mentioned small island) but that is not hotels fault.

The staff were super friendly, great location for the resort as was close to everything. They were accommodating when we asked for help with our luggage to the pier and showed us the right people who could help. The cafe stand was lovely and friendly bar staff and cleaning staff did great job also. View from our room was gorgeous.

The sheets had some stains, and the bathroom wasn’t too too clean. The loud music from the coast really echoes in to the bungalow, can be hard to fall asleep sleep.

the rooms don't have any acoustic and preparation to be shared. It looks like sharing a house with strangers.

So expensive for what it is and be aware of the stairs!! We had to change rooms 3 times. First they gave us a room with a door separating the next room (it was made to be a family room, but they sold it separately), we could hear everything, and the door didn't look properly, so was vibrating the whole night. After the complaint, they put us in the "double room" which is located on the lower level, so you can hear people walking in the room above. Unfortunately, there was a group of 6 teenagers staying above us playing, dancing, and getting ready and with each step we fell into our room shaking! We couldn't rest at all... So we moved to another room in which Luckily there were quiet people upstairs making minimal noise. the staff was helpful and tried to accommodate us in better room, however it is not a relax place.

100-150 stairs to get to the rooms, no telephone in the room so if you need anything you need to go all the way down and up again, wifi pretty bad, no safe box in the room, lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. Toilet and shower old, in general the rooms are old, need renovation, they only give you one key(card) so when you go back home the room is boiling hot. Bed were pretty uncomfortable.

Low water pressure from the shower and cold water. The water temperature was not adjustable. Also aircon didn't work properly. If it's on, the room will turn into a freezer, if you turn it off it's too hot. The pool outside was very small. Nobody seemed to use it.

Nice view from the top rooms (worth getting up thousand steps) and good wifi. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was friendly.

The property is run down, but they are trying to make improvements. The Pool was unusable due to it being green, if they pool and pool area was better we would of been more comfortable. we had to use the beach.

The property is in a central location, the rooms themselves are very high up a hill, so be able to walk. it didn’t bother us views were lovely. Bed and bedding were comfortable.

Wished i was reading ratings before booking, but i was in a hurry... room is WAY too expensive. Paid ~ 85eur per night, which is ridiculous. This room max worth 25-30. first evening, shower didnt work. I told reception and roomboy came up, tried 10min, no success. Suddenly shower worked, but cold only. He asked: ok? I was like: Oo no ? Dayum it 85eur/per night i expect some warm water in the shower. 5min later he somehow got warmwater running but still only a small amount of water coming from the shower.... There was a closed door in my room secured with some screws, which i wondered, what was behind. I figured, that the next bungalow is behind so i left it closed and put some tp in the big crack, bcuz other guests had a perfect view in my room. 2nd day when i tried to sleep, there was a big bang and suddenly a dude and his dudette standing in my room. He curiously ripped that door open, she was embarrassed, and he was sorry and whished me a good night closing that strange door again. Ohhhboyyy... They didnt have bag pickup from the pier like almost every other hotel on the island - u have to tell them beforehand if u like to have ur bags picked up... Oh man.....Room was old and pretty worn down, beds are hard. U can hear every word and every step from ur neighbor. Sunloungers at the pool were old and brittle, didnt use them. Reception is closed at 9pm and open at 8am i guess. Im a fit dude 41y but climbing those steep stairs every day 3-4times is exhausting, though u get used to it - just book somewhere else. Seriously !

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Roomboy brought fresh towels and water every day, even though i didnt needed them. Carried heavy bag and flew up the stairs which was impressive. The view is nice, from my room i could see the whole island. Could play loud music since almost no guests there. Every night loud bassheavy music from slinky beachbar and ibiza house which was cool. Sometimes until 0200am. The pool was relatively clean. The room was relatively clean. not too many mosquitos when i was there. In the room were 2 mosquitonets, which tell a different story.

The reception was very quiet and lacks the welcoming vibes. However, staff was cordial.

The view was amazing. We stayed at the top floor and could see the entire sea from there. Though there were lots of stairs to climb but totally worth it.
