Hotel was perfect! Everything much more that we expected. Swimming pools were amazing and till 21 o clock open so we could enjoy it also in the evening. In hotel was nothing what i can say it was bad or can better. But near by is the church and every single morning around 5-6 o clock we heard very loud singing the priester there. This was such annoying.

The breakfast is adequate. Property is built in a jungle essentially. Lots of ants in our room kitchen Note that this is an islamic part of the country and this hotel does not serve alcohol. Which was not an issue. It was easy to go to supermarkets and buy booze.

Beautiful 2bdrm corner suite on 5th floor. Large room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tour concierge was very knowledgeable Beautiful views of the cliffs.

Rooms need to be better maintained and cleaned, for example, the drains of the bath tub and shower are not properly cleaned and are full of hair, so it doesn't drains properly. Bathtub couldn't even be used for this reason.

Great as the first time I visited. Good breakfast, varies everyday, swimming pool area and gardens are kept neat and pretty. Shuttle service to the beach is handy.

A couple of areas let down - like parasols beside pool not working properly and lack of seating on balcony (although there was a table and day bed). It is a bit far out from the main hub if Ao Nang but there is a fairly regular shuttle bus to the beachfront. Also, the property is situated on a hillside with some steep steps - but the concierge was always ready to take guests to the main building via golf cart. So much to like about this property.

Very nice looking complex - the pool areas are well looked after comfortable. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with good balcony space. Staff were very friendly and always looked to help out.Good breakfast selection.

Hotel has very poor air conditioning inside, air does not move inside the main building, feels hot. In room it's different situation, all good.

We did not realise that it was an alcohol free hotel. My fault as I’m sure it was in the description. We are not huge drinkers but we do enjoy a beer around the pool in the afternoon. You are allowed to bring your own, but keeping them cool around the pool is an issue. There are a lot of steps up to the main building, which can get tiresome in the heat. It is the payoff for the views though, so totally worth it.

The pool areas are fabulous, with breathtaking views and greenery. Breakfast is very good and all staff were polite and attentive. Our room was great, everything we could wish for. The beds are so comfy, sower and freestanding bath as well. Beautiful balcony area and view over the valley and cliffs.

It is simply a lovely hotel. It looks lovely, with all the various sections of the hotel on a hillside, in amongst beautiful vegetation, pools etc. The room was comfortable and spotless, with a balcony with a jacuzzi and lovely view. The breakfast was superb and caters for all tastes - fantastic range. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. We were able to organise some trips from the hotel which worked very well. The location of the hotel, although not on the beach or main drag, was in our opinion excellent. Some areas of Ao Nang could have been noisy, but this hotel was really beautifully quiet. However it did provide a frequent shuttle service down to the beach which was very popular. In the evenings however we just ambled down to the lane (well lit) to a street full of restaurants, hawker centres, bars and street vendors.

If you would like to have a massage at the resort, make sure you book well in advance, at least a day prior. We walked in the massage place and they unfortunately did not have enough staff to provide massage services for my family.

Great location overlooking a gorgeous nature view, and fantastic for families who just want to relax and get away from the bustling, city life. Staff was extremely helpful, and they were able to fulfill my family's requests and needs while we were staying there. Resort was also located just a 5 minute walk from the mosque, which makes it an ideal location for Muslim families to find halal food for lunch/dinner. I also booked all my outdoor activities in Krabi via the hotel, which made it easier for us as we did not have to plan our itinerary prior to arriving. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would definitely return!

It is such a beautiful place! The Pool is wonderful and you have a very good view from the hotel. Reception and people there are so nice! We would recommend to stay here! Also the Shuttle to the Beach is very cormfortable.
