Rooms were not ready till 3:15 pm. When we asked for a nearby restaurant, they referred to their own restaurant only. We went in and requested for lunch menu. The staffs there were just busy with their mobile phone. Very noisy Karaoke at the dining till 9:00 pm Our room was just Infront of the parking which was horrible.

The guy at front desk was awesome. All the staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good. Pool was fantastic, had it to ourselves🙂. Room was clean and the bathroom had a great shower head...best shower so far in Asia! We were in the back area, but could see if you were close to the front that the street noise would be bad. It was great value for money

Terrible noisy guests! Woken up constantly by noisy guests for 5 out of 7 nights.

The room is big but not so clean & with old equipments, Big refrigerator is for 2bottles of water!? Hotel needs some BIG renovation and big clean to refresh the charm. . Hotel is big but quite old. , hotel is in solo location, no SHOP, no 7/11 NEARBY. We just need some sleep after long transit from Zurich... We checked about midnight. Staff is not much willing to help much and he looked more sleepy than us. LOL.. we don't mind & we got going so it is not big deal. Attention wifi is Really POOR. if you need internet, this is not your choice..🤔😅TV is not working either .. There are several guests nearby room so it is quit noisy. you can hear people walking/closing door/talking sounds almost whole night!? Breakfast is Ok, not thing special.

Can't think of anything, except shower never quite got hot but ....

We had a very warm welcome from the girls in reception. Our room had a little balcony which we enjoyed and the pool and sauna were fabulous after we came back from visiting Local places. It was also an easy walk in to town for food in the evenings. Breakfast was very Thai, but we enjoyed it.

The room was lovely and spacious . It had a Large double bed . Towels and toiletries provided . TV and safe , neither that we used . Good powerful shower . Good Aircon .Staff were friendly and helpful . Pool and gym on site .free to use . Breakfast included

It’s not clean enough. Spiders were in the bathroom. Pillows were malted towels and sheets are very old room and reception area. Also not clean not enough facilities.

Room #4105 ~ 1 x Night ~ Booked via Booking.com 1st and Last time Booking and Staying at Pimann Inn Hotel. Room although large was very basic. Bathroom old and needs upgrading. The Bed, Bedding and Pillows were lovely and comfortable, even though they smelled of bedding that was not dried quick enough!! Breakfast is a Large MISS - it felt like Pigs feeding around a trough and for a Westerner there were no Eggs..... a very poor experience. There was ample car parking outside room. We would not bother to Book and Stay here ever again.

A large hotel complex with an extensive, mainly Thai breakfast and pool. The rooms are great, air con works well, bathrooms are great. Wi-Fi a little temperamental. Staff were great. A little bit away from the centre but no issue if you have a scooter or Grab

Staff were rude and unfriendly, insects everywhere in room, lizards in room, no wifi working , noisy, VERY dirty room and we were in VIP rooms the insects were from the fridge being so unclean. Absolutely horrible experience we checked out early and came somewhere 10000000000000x better for less money

This is my favorite place to stay in Chiang Rai, my family and I have been coming here for the past year on most weekends. The staff are amazing and the price is great for all the facilities you have at your disposal, pool,gym,breakfast etc. Pimann Inn will remain our Chiang Rai home away from home.
