Very, very helpful and friendly staff.Anna was responsible about us, she was very friendly and professional.On WhatsApp she was available 24 hours if we needed any tour or book a restaurant. Very nice villa with buitiful view. Clean rooms with nice and clean bathrooms. The villa had big living rooms and satisfying larg pool.we loved everything.very nice spa with professional and friendly staff. Having breakfast at the villa was comfortable for us as we are family of 7.

This is our 4th time back to the hotel, looking forward to a wonderful time. However, this time we had a problem with our room and front desk tried to resolve our problem to no avail. Thank goodness for Chart, who stepped in and offered options. He really displayed what first-class customer service is about. He moved us into another room and looked out for us the whole of our stay. The food at the hotel was good. The Thai restaurant was excellent!

I can't think of a thing.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The property is stunning, the room beautifully designed and decorated. Luxurious, beautiful, spacious. Amazing pool, amazing views, attentive staff, spectacular breakfast, beautiful lunch and dinner, play room was lovely and bright with quality toys and attentive, engaged staff. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Comfy beds, coffee machine in the room, bathtubs, friendly staff.

I was disappointed that there were no options for Arabic food during breakfast. As a guest with specific dietary preferences, I was hoping to find some Arabic food options on the breakfast menu, but unfortunately, there were none available. I believe it's important for hotels and resorts to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of all their guests. Secondly, I was also disappointed that the room I was given upon arrival was not the same as the one I had booked. I understand that there may be occasional mix-ups, but it was frustrating to not receive the room that I had specifically requested and paid for. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your resort, but I hope that you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate it if you could consider offering some Arabic food options during breakfast and ensuring that guests receive the room they have booked. breakfast quality and service needs a lot of improvement. only found out after 2 days of being there that there was a menu we could order from. a few days later we found out there were specials every day. often took 10 minutes to just get hold of a waiter to ask for coffee. overall the attentiveness of waiters is poor.

views are incredible. very peaceful. hotel is beautifully designed. faculties are brilliant. great for kids - the childcare/nursery is excellent

This has been one of the most memorable holidays thanks for excellent team of COMO Point Yamu. The facilities are amazing, spa, pool, bar, restaurants (breakfast/dinner) yoga classes, kayaking, and the whole atmosphere - everything has been exceptional. We totally loved the concept where everything has a meaning. We didn’t want to leave and will surely come back to this hotel. Ohhh and not to forget the views, it’s unbelievable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious COMO Point Yamu, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. The hotel is beautifully designed with a minimalistic approach that offers a serene and calming atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-appointed, boasting a stunning view and comfortable beds. The villa pool was slightly cooled, which was lovely, although I would have preferred it to be a bit cooler. The breakfast was truly exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. In-room dining was also quite good, but the waiting times were a bit longer than expected. The main restaurant, however, had limited options, which could be improved to cater to a diverse range of tastes. We did encounter an issue with housekeeping, as our room was forgotten one day. After lodging a complaint, the hotel management promptly offered us a free meal, which was a nice gesture. We were also provided with a butler named Ana, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The buggy service was not always prompt, which could be a bit inconvenient at times. Additionally, some corridors within the hotel had a slightly prison-like appearance due to the stark minimalism in the design. The kids club was a highlight, featuring a spacious play area with a small herbal garden and ample art activities. However, for longer stays, the program may become repetitive and less engaging for the little ones. Overall, our stay at COMO Point Yamu was memorable, thanks in large part to the fantastic room, breathtaking view, and the exceptional service provided by our butler, Ana. While there were a few minor issues that could be addressed, it did not detract significantly from our overall experience. I would highly recommend COMO Point Yamu to anyone seeking a luxurious and tranquil getaway.
