The shared living room on the ground floor had terrible bathroom smell. Despite having many comfortable seats for the backpackers to hang out, the strong bathroom odour made it impossible to relax there. My friend's bedroom was on the first floor and he said the smell even got there during the day. I truly feel sorry for the staff for having to be there everyday. They have a sign on a wall saying that the odour is due to the fact that they use eco-friendly bathroom cleaning products. So obviously they are aware of the problem. I'd recommend this hostel if and only they've fixed their plumbing issue and get rid of the smell. Also, weird floor and rooms set up where you have to walk through the bathrooms in order to get to the next floor.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier. They were extremely friendly and helpful, gave me so many tips on where to eat authentic local food as well as the tours around Krabi. The bed was comfortable and had somewhat privacy. There were curtains and sockets for charging in each bed. The hostel is located on the main road, 15-20mins walk from Ao Nang Beach. There were many restaurants, cafes, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets nearby.

Sheets are never changed during the stay. The towels are dirty. The hostel has a laundry, but every day they had some problem with water, so I had to go to another one. Showers are dirty and have no air conditioner. Rooms are cleaned badly. Beds are very hard for beck. First day there was no electricity in my room, so I couldn’t charge my phone and power bank to go to an excursion next week. No lift, and stairs are very high.

The private room felt like a hotel - spotless, spacious and super comfortable. The staff were super helpful and the bottom floor outside the hostel has a little bar with drink deals. Great location beside some lovely restaurants and close proximity to the beach.

Despite their policy saying that if a guest disturbs another than they will deal with this (including fines and being kicked out as printed on the back of every door) we were woken at approx 6am EVERY morning by other guests children who were using the corridor as a play area and sitting there screaming. We mentioned this to the parents of the children multiple times and to the hostel staff members but nothing was done. The room was very small, the door opened onto the bunk bed with no space to manoeuvre round. Not very social.

Rooms clean with good aircon. Got given water everyday - although a refill station would be preferable to limit plastic! Location was pretty good - surrounded by restaurants/ shops / tour agencies, about a 10min walk to the beach. Helped us book ferry and bus for onward travel for good price.

everything, very poorly laid out, there were cameras in the bathrooms due to the fact that people walked thru your bathroom on the way up to their rooms. when showering the drains plugged so you stood in other peoples dirty shower water up to your ankles. the garbage cans over flowed constantly. there was a strong smell of urine in some places in the hostel. the pillows were too puffy so your head was on an angle, the beds were hard. the pictures posted were not what the place looked like. remember to get a receipt if you pay cash cause they will say you didnt pay and you need to remember when you paid or you will have to pay again. i couldnt remember when i paid so i had to pay again and the girl is VERY arrogant.

Using a tvbox that have difficult to connect to tv and no live tv using that tvbox. Still can hear the verhicles outside the window. Can't really sleep at night with the noise.

Big room. Big bed. Location is great. All staff are really nice and helpfull. They made a surprise birthday celebration to me. They gave me a slice of cake! Super clean. We can make for tour booking instantly and they help me for airport transfer as well.

- Smooth & easy check-in process - Very friendly, kind & helpful staff - Super clean all over - Offers cheap but great tour packages - Small kitchenette - very useful - Location is GREAT - Everything you might need is nearby - 7-eleven, currency exchange, bike rentals, medical stores, local food stalls, beach, etc. BONUS: They gave me a complimentary late check out coz my flight was in the evening! as a solo traveller I felt there could be more communal space/events held to encourage people to mix.

the staff were incredible- so helpful and friendly. the room was lovely - comfortable bed, very spacious and always kept exceptionally clean. the hostel is close to the beach, many restaurants and Muay Thai gyms.

There’s a 24/7 smell of sewage/toilet in the entire hostel which was really unpleasant. The toilets/showers are in between floors right on the hallway of passage which is kinda awkward.

Really nice staff at reception. Beds with curtains. Location is nice with a lot of restaurants and shops around and about 1km from the beach.
