We stay only few hours for transit. The location excellent (10 minutes from airport). The facility standard but good value for transit.

no safe in the room itself, as far as I saw you can use safe box at reception, extra fee for airport shuttle, that should be included for such an airport hotel, in the room A/C parameters are fixed and the blinking A/C light is disturbing during night time

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious, environment is good for food and shopping, hotel is located closed to international airport, a small pool is available but in a limited time frame

Hotel was convenient and reasonable for a quick overnight stay. Located 3 to 4 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport. We took a Grab car from airport to hotel and took advantage of the hotel shuttle on the return so roughly 250THB each way. Enjoyed an authentic Thai food experience next-door in a little covered restaurant.

Close to the airport, good enough room for the money, staff could improve their hospitality. Would be nice if at least a coffee is provides for free for bfast.

Great hotel for a stop over at the airport except for one thing -- due to the way the streets work, taxi's can't turn into the property easily but must go way past and make a uturn. This causes delay and/orexpense with bolt or grab or taxis. It's unfortunate because I really love the property and people there!

Room had a funny odor to it, they give you cups and a kettle but no spoons? Bit of a walk to restaurants or 711. A fair bit of noise from the outside road considering it advertises soundproof rooms. Room was really hot on arrival.

Room was modern and the shower was decent. The bed was OK comfort wise, not the best but a lot worse out there. 24 hour desk and close to airport. Lighting was good. The towels smelt really nice.

We stayed there 3 nights and decided for this hotel because is literally 10mins from the airport BKK. You can book an airport transfer with them (250BATH/2people room). The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that the walls were not soundproof as it was written in the advertisement (we heard everything the hotel guest in the next room said, It was loud even though the hotel is sideways to the street) and the opening hours of the swimming pool were only 08:00-18:00 which we think closing time is too much early. We were given towels with holes!, wchich we believe it shouldnt happen in 4* hotel. The hotel has two buildings (the 2nd one is with no elevator)

Very nice and spotlessly clean hotel, room and bathroom at a bargain price. Nice looking coffee bar/shop by the entrace (didn't try it as more of a beer man). Good view from our room (high floor). Loved the pool and pool area. Great for a stopver for the airport.

Easy access to the airport, 24-hour desk good for connections. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Clean and comfortable room.

A big disappointment is that the pool is only open until 6 PM, while check-in is from 2 PM. I booked this hotel exclusively for the pool, only to find out at check-in that it would be open for just about 20 more minutes. It was supposed to be a relaxing evening with a swim before a 10-hour flight.

Requested early morning wake up call but no one rang. Hotel backs on to a huge green water pond which makes using the pool or sitting outside horrid due to the amount of mosquitoes.
