Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. Our room was great. The beds were quite firm for some of our group but fine for others. Pools were stunning. Food was lovely. Breakfast was delicious.

Lovely little resort in Bangrak. Staff were amazing. If staying here you must try a cute little restaurant on the beach called Zanzibar. Thank you for an amazing holiday

Just my opinion, but the beach was not as nice as others I've been to on other islands, but the infinity pool made up for it.
Beautiful resort, nicely decorated and attractive facilities. Very comfortable nice size room, small balcony but but big enough. Friendly staff, always available to help. Breakfast buffet with lots of options and a made to order egg and noodle soup station. Beachside infinity pool was a great place to hang out and relax, lots of lounger chairs and umbrellas and food/beverage service from the restaurant.

Maybe, and I am being very picky here, a better selection of fruit at breakfast time! That’s only because our party mainly had fruit for breakfast and not a lot else. However there was a huge selection of other foods available
The Resort exceeded our expectations. The beachfront rooms were spacious and ideally situated. The whole resort was clean and the staff were super friendly

There is a Beach Club next door- we were warned by Queen about the noise which was an issue. Also as the hotel is split by a main road- the traffic is really busy and there are wardens to stop the traffic and take you across but it is a little scary. In the main hotel there is enough height in the main building and lifts for Mgt to consider building a walk way across for safety and this should be considered.
We travelled to 7 hotels in Asia on this trip and were blessed to meet Queen at our arrival at reception. The hotel is split in two by a main road and my wife wished to have accomodation on the beach side rather than main hotel side. Queen worked hard to get us this upgrade - involving 3 changes of rooms in 6 days. Breakfast here was excellent- very good choice - staff very helpful- we also ate at the beach restaurant- food very good and staff very friendly. Two pool options. You can walk along the beach to other restaurants.

One small wish (rather than a complaint) was that tea and coffee facilities were replenished each day. Ours were provided day one and when used up, they were not restocked. Was this an oversight? Or hotel policy?
Bar, beach, pool areas were clean and so convenient. Friendly hotel staff who offered an amazing service. Reception desk went above and beyond. Will definitely stay there again.

They try to sell you everything even if I asked to borrow a lighter they told me that they had it for sell.. a bit sad since i needed it to light some mosquito’s repellent

The staff. The service. I felt like I was staying at a much, much more expensive property. Everyone from the front desk to the dining room was attentive. “Golf”, at the front desk was especially good. He anticipated our needs by asking all the right questions. I’m very impressed by his service.
