Our lock box didn’t work and we had some issues with the lights but nothing major

We were really disappointed in our stay here: • The pool had far too much chlorine in it, it was like swimming in acid and it burnt your throat and eyes.My daughter bikini was ruined. • There is no pool bar or restaurant, you cannot get any food or drinks at all. • Sheets and pillowcases were being hand washed in the pool area (gross) and laundry was then hanging to dry, and being ironed in what was the restaurant. • Staff weren’t helpful at all. • The signs in the room saying that you will be charged if you get makeup on towels were ridiculous. • Dogs bark and chase people all night long, as they come back to the hotel. We thought that people were being attacked multiple times. •There was no hot water. • It felt like we were staying in a families home and invading their space, not a hotel.

the staff weren’t helpful, when we asked for fresh towels they said no. there was an ant infestation in our room! ants had crawled into all our belongings. no hot water. gaps in the doors so mosquitos and bugs could get into the room. you couldn’t use the hotel pool as there were classes in it most of the time learning how to scubadive. the reception smelt very unclean, abit like dog food. there was a vicious dog that sat outside the entrance every night which made you frightened to go in and out of the hotel. there was a door hanger to let the staff know you wanted them to make the room, we didn’t put this on as we didn’t want anyone in our room but we came back everyday to see staff had been in our room.

it was central and only a 5 minute walk from the main bit.

None of the facilities are open. The pool bar, restaurant/cafe all look brilliant in the pictures but were never open and didn't look like they were for a long time. The pool is taken up with scuba divers training from a school nearby for most of the day also.

Location is good but there's much better options immediately beside this hotel

The hotel is not new, and it’s ok for the price you take but there is a few things that happened to us that maybe some other guest need to know. - When the weather rainy, all our room cell was full of hundred’s flyers. All the first night we was killing them and there is no one talk to because the reception is closed, so we slept with all this flyers. Next day was no rain so they all gone. - In the middle of our stay we left shoes at the entrance to the room and the housekeeping just took them away. When my husband went to the reception they said that have no idea what we talking about and only after my husband got angry, the lady from the reception suddenly brought the shoes. Super strange! If the people still at the room, why to take them? - The walls super thin, you hear everyone around you. From the hall, from the celling, from the walls from both ways. We wasn’t so much at the room so it was not too disturbing to us, but if you sensitive so just know you hear it all. - Dogs! When you check in the lady at the reception don’t give you any information only 2 things she say. 1. reception close from 19 2. from 19:00 you can enter to the hotel from another entrance and beware of the dogs. we said ok, no problem. So at night there is a group of dogs that around the hotel and if you do something wrong for them they all start to bark and run to you. For me it was super scary and not nice, I was afraid to come alone to the hotel.

- The location of the hotel is amazing, you are at the center but at the quite area. Everything at the walking distance. - The housekeeping cleaning the room everyday. Super clean! - Nice pool area - The view from the room to the mountain’s and palm trees. - Nice bed and pillows

Stated on booking.com that there was a bar and food served in the hotel. When we arrived it was closed and no food or drink was served. Could not swim in swimming pool as it was infested with ants and smelled like bleach and vinegar. Bedroom also had lots of ants around skirting boards and bed. Lizards everywhere around the hotel. Walls very thin and could hear loud parties at night time and people shouting outside the door.

big clean room. large fridge,big comfortable bed. complimentary tea and coffee in room. powerful hot shower. swimming pool,only a 3 minute walk to centre of sairee beach nightlife yet hotel was very quiet.6 minute walk to beach.10 minute drive to pier or30minutes by foot. complimentary breakfast was ok- choice of3- full English/ omelette/ muesli fruit and yoghurt plus hot drink, juice and pancake.exceptional value for money. would recommend.

there was no pool bar as it showed on the pictures, there was dogs outside that chased us from the front door when going back at night the room was full of ants and lizards Room was not clean there was no staff to help after a certain hour if needed at night

very poor facilities we wore told we had breakfast included but the cafe in the hotel never opens. The pool smells like bleach and around the pool is dirty and full of ants also the pool bar was never open. The rooms wore also full of ants especially the bathroom. The reception closes at half 7 and nobody there to help after that and you have to walk the back way which is guarded by vicious dogs that will run at you when it’s dark and will bark all night and keep you awake.

hotel have new staff, firstly bit missunderstand about breakfast, they offer eggs or eggs and coffee OR juice, not both :D but after thai staff make it clear, we can choose from thai or western foods, coffee and juice, so ok Room don't have private balcony

great location, not far to sairee beach where you can find everything ... room was always clean, bed was comfy, variety thai or western food for breakfast ... nice pool with 3m depth

immediately felt uneasy after we checked in as we were told that if we so much as got a bit of makeup on a towel we would be charged, there was also a list of items they would charge us for - this made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. further, the staff were very unorganised and there was some confusion on check in. the bar, cafe and restaurant are closed so these facilities cannot be used.

When we arrived after a long tiring journey they said there must been a mistake because it was fully booked and there was no room for us. they didn’t offer anything just say to us to contact booking (they already have charged full amount of reservation). After a long tiring fight speaking mostly body language they offer us similar room in the Hotel just in front. they let us use the facilities but they were not open, only the pool. Also they gave us breakfast tickets in a Cafe called Local Cafe which was pretty good.

We were staying at neighbor hotel due booking-hotel issue called Living Chilled. Room was fine, big enough comfy bed and chilling terrace.

very loud guests making noise at 4/5am waking us up, as there is no staff in the hotel they move across the road during evening time so despite the paper signs pinned up everywhere saying quite after 11pm, these rules were not enforced
