Girls at reception very helphfull. Quiet and peacfull and good sized swimming pool and spa pool. Great meals served at the restaurant and if you wish delivered to your room.

United KingdomFood a little limited for Western tastes. Worst night's sleep I have ever had as mattress extremely hard. (Personal I realise) Ran hot water in the sink (Room E114) for 30 mins at 7:30 in the evening to have a shave but NO HOT WATER. Hotel a little isolated.

AustraliaThe only problem with the hotel was the location. It was a fair distance from the town centre and the tourist part of the town. It was necessary to climb a few flights of steps to get access to the room.
This was a relatively new hotel which was easy to find and well signposted. Everything worked as it should have. While they didn't speak much English, the check in was simple and quick. They were open until relatively late for the check in.

SpainShower pressure not very good. And the nozzle was fixed and too low so I had to bend my knees to shower. The light in the room was either low and red (like a brothel) or too intense if you turned on the white lights.

AustraliaThe pesticides being sprayed took us by shock. We were sitting on the balcony and all of a sudden this thick cloud of chemicals started coming towards us. We ran inside but the smell was to much we had to escape and come back hours later. No one could speak English well.
The pool was nice. Until they started spraying pesticides throughout the hotel without warning. That shut down the pool. Breakfast was huge and fresh.

SingaporeThis is more like a long distance pit-stop Motel then to a Hotel. The Receptionist was poorly trained and inflexible with bad critical thinking. I had to waste a lot of time and unnecessary effort during checking in and even checking out. The balcony is never a balcony, it house the air-conditioning ventilation and the hot air was directly blowing towards the balcony. You cannot sit at the balcony for 1 second because of the hot and germs infested air.
