We did miss sun beds at the beach and the staff at the beach side restaurant were too busy most of the time. Since there was a lack of restaurants in the neighborhood or at the beach we did miss a variety in food during lunch time since the restaurant close to the beach had the same menu everyday.

Nice and fresh hotel with good places for everyone, especially for kids. The beach was really nice and the breakfast buffet was everything we could possibly ask for. We also liked the theme nights in the dinner restaurant.

During the Christmas holiday it seemed very busy and full to capacity in breakfast areas and the gym was busy.

No adult pool as there’s 2 child’s pool Infinity is a relaxed pool with no child. There were too many children to enjoy pool. Also no sun beds anyway as all reserved with towels or bits of clothes So had to sit on beach

The food at the restaurant was very moderate - it is better to eat outside (we found Mu Ta Lei - very nice and very tasty)!

A bit worn down. Lunch is not always good. Prices differ from time to time in restaurant depending on staff. Many people from you know where. Not all off them are kind.

Location was bit far form the centre but you can grab a taxi. Wish they had a a couple more restaurants within the resort as the centre is a bit far.

The staff at the bar was pretty poor in English.

Actually we took the hotel shuttle from Phuket airport to the hotel and everything was running smoothly. The driver was already waiting for us in the arrival hall wir our name and ride was smoothly. During the arrival at the hotel a welcome drink was offered to us with a refreshing towel. Pretty nice to start with. After some general introduction and the key card handover, we were guided to the hotel room. Unfortunately the room was located directly infront of the main air condition machine, which causes a lot of noise inside the room. After one short talk to the front desk lady, Jee Gin, she understood the concern and directly offered two alternative rooms in the same category. Within 2h the room was ready and we moved to the new room. We are 2 adults and 2 kids. The family room is perfectly designed for a family, even with older ones, as u can separate the kids room completely from adults. Best room design I ever seen in a hotel for families. The area of the hotel is as well super nicely designed. It has a long pool with different heights and also a kids club, which operates from 10-18 o'clock. The kids really enjoyed the time there and were happy about games, drawings etc the stuff was doing with them. The beach is awesome and completely without annoying water sport activities. Just good to relax. The beach bar play some relaxing club sounds, but not too noisy. Also you get a digital assistant for your room, which is super confident, if you need something to order or have any complains. This also worked perfect. Coming from the digital assistant to the real stuff. Especially one lady in the front desk, Jee Gin, took so much care about us. This is what you expect the treatment in a 5 star Resort to be! No matter if we had question or just want to have a chat, she always understood to take time for her guests. Sometimes the people make the difference. In our case it was her. The resort should be really happy to have her on board 👍🏻

Repetitive singer Who had very little stage presence or entertaining prowess. Boring at night Ito entertainment No party vibe as all Would be great to have a dinner and dance at beach club. The DJ was ok on one night but failed to have presence, just playing music is not enough to create a holiday party vibe. I think the events directors need to up his or her game here .

Khao Lak Center is about 30 minutes from the hotel, and there are no Grab services available in the area. Guests can either use a local taxi, which conveniently waits outside the hotel, or opt for the hotel shuttle. However, the shuttle service is not complimentary and runs infrequently, which may require some planning.

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Ryan from the front office is a tremendous asset to the team—he is incredibly helpful, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. Nikki from the restaurant also deserves special mention for her kindness and willingness to assist. Both Ryan and Nikki truly elevate the overall experience.

Pillow option, Minibar price, bar price, food price ( European Big cities high street price) Kram restaurant food quality is not satisfactory. Staff's English ability is quite limited. Dining buffet manu is a lotto. Not always deserve 30euro.

Nothing, there isn't much around but for us this was ok because we just wanted to stay in the hotel and relax. I think they do a free shuttle bus to the market and you could book a taxi through the hotel to go to the town.

Everything about the hotel is amazing, we didn't want to leave! We stayed here for my birthday and the staff brought out a cake for me and we didn't even tell them that it was my birthday, so kind! The room was beautiful, staff friendly and hotel was faultless.

The two-bedrooms suite was actually a one-bedroom with two additional beds between a bedroom and the entrance. No soap at the toilet, which was separated from the bathroom. The resort was pretty much isolated and far from the Koah Lak town (about 20 min away by car). The weather was not so great, so we stayed at the hotel almost all the time, but the original plan was to travel around. Of course it’s not a hotel’s fault. The resort has two restaurants, one is one the beach. The food was not so great, but we found a very nice Italian place at the town of Koah Lak.

Close to the beach, actually the resort is on the beach. Big outdoor swimming pool. Very beautiful views. The smell of the mold at the room we get was too terrible, so we were kindly offered to change the room, although we had an opportunity to cancel the reservation till 18:00, which is after we checked in. It was very nice option to have. But it took us two hours ride to get there, so we chose to stay. The resort is very photogenic and the staff is very helpful, friendly and polite.
