What a fantastic hotel. We couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff cannot do enough to help you. The facilities were amazing as was the food. We came with our two sons, age 10 and 13, so in the mornings/ early afternoon used the family pool. Late afternoon when the boys went to their room or to play pool we escaped to the adults only pool with was lovely. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We went to have dinner at 7.30pm in Vero, their Italian restaurant, and were told without a booking we would need to wait until 9.30pm. We were offered the other restaurant if we wanted to eat earlier but as we didn’t want Thai food we went into the small village which wasn’t really the ambience we wanted on our last night in Thailand. It would be helpful to advise you when you check in that booking a table is essential if you want to ensure you can eat dinner in Vero.

Beautiful pool area and impressive lobby. The rooms were spacious and even had a small dressing room! The shuttle up and down to the main gate was great and the door less cars are a novelty.

My only criticism of this amazing hotel is that there are not enough buggies taking people up to their rooms. The hyatt in Phuket is also built on the hill and there are constant golf buggies taking guests up the hills to their apartments so you never have to wait. At the Pullman there is always a large crowd at reception waiting to go back to their rooms. I didn't like my first room (Rm 104) as was in the jungle close to the beach and while a spacious and lovely room inside, there was no view and it was so complicated to get there - a system of three lifts and long corridors to reach the room. And because so low down there were too many mosquitos to ever sit out on the balcony. But the staff were amazing when I told them and without question they imediately moved me to room 523 which was amazing. Incredible sea views and lovely balcony. I rate the staff highly.

Rooms are lovely, with incredibly comfy beds and bathrooms. Really luxurious. This is my 4th stay at this hotel. Staff are excellent. Adult pool is lovely - incredible view and lots of loungers. I didn't like my first room and so the staff were amazing and immediately moved me to a lovely room. Room 523. Incredible. I reckon the bed was at least 10 ft wide. (no exaggeration) as it was 2 queen beds put together. The biggest bed I've ever slept in. And it was so comfortable. I love the room service - it comes like takeaway.

Getting a bit dated but still a high end property. Friendly staff, great children’s area and modern gym. Breakfast had a good choice too. Be prepared for either a lot of walking up and down hills or waiting for a shuttle to take you to the pool and lobby as it’s built on a hill. The non-adult pool was quite crowded and given the size of the hotel it could do with another pool for children. Many restaurants, shops and a quiet beach in walking distance. Very close to the airport (15 mins) that why we stayed for our last nights as we had an early flight. Not sure we’d chosen it otherwise to be honest, it’s quite pricey.

This is the best hotel in Phuket! The most beautiful sunsets and flora. The best staff who take care of every customer! I am very grateful to all the Managers and Administrators who made my stay so wonderful. As always! And also to every employee! The perfect spa ! I stay at this hotel 3 times a year and plan to continue the tradition!
