Super clean and somewhat swanky with super staff, great pool area, great beachfront location. The hotel didn't seem too crowded. It had a chill relaxed vibe...kinda fancy but not too stuffy. Good location close to town and the night market. Not too isolated. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The family room was very spacious and chique. We had garden access with relax beds on the veranda, and liked it a lot. The pool was with warm water, had a bar accessible from the pool. The hotel is beachfront. Location is perfect close to a street with small shops and restaurants.

Beautiful pool and beach area. Really well designed with restaurant overlooking the beach. The pool was perfect. Lots of layers and different areas + a pool bar

I loved everything about this property! This is a great hotel right on a beautiful clean beach, nice design, cozy territory, wonderful pool. Amazing plants like in a botanical garden. We stayed in a Deluxe King Oasis Room - I like these rooms more cause they are facing the main view - pool and the sea right behind the pool. The staff is very helpful and they always give you a true smile.

mozzieeeeeee everywhere but coils.and.spray worked a magic so an easy solution for pool villas.

so relaxing, lots of restaurants but not medium end but still great, one wine shop which was good, hotel.qas.great not.good.if you hate steps as you have to walk up.and down to get to to the grounds.let alone where your room.is, beach is average and short too rough to.swim.this was end.of Oct could be seasoal pool.nice, 😀

Only issue is that the bar drinks are a bit pricey if I'm being totally honest but this was to be expected. And also the standard of the Thai food at breakfast could be impoved.

Temperature of swimming pool is way too warm.

Fantastic location surrounded by restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. Beautiful beach. Spacious and comfortable room with fabulous views over garden area. Very friendly staff a definite asset to the hotel. Great breakfast selection.

The resort is really amazing. Beautiful setting, great swimming pool, brilliant ocean views. Most importantly, the staff is really (and genuinely) helpful and kind. It started with a pleasant welcome & check-in: teddy bears for the kids and a room upgrade. Our 10 years old son got really sick one night and the staff changed the bedding at 2.30am. The morning after the thoroughly cleaned the room and in tje afternoon a handwritten (and painted) postcard & basket with fresh fruit were delivered for my son! Breakfast is overwhelming too - I think I have eaten more than a dozen passion fruits!

The transportation options from the hotel are very expensive. It would be nice if they offered a complimentary transfer to the main road or a bus station for those who are traveling around Thailand via public transport. The sea and the beach were not approachable due to strong undercurrent but that could have been based on the time of year we stayed but this was a big let down for us. I also wish that the hotel would have told us about the complimentary amenities offered & the schedule. We only learned as we were leaving that there was yoga multiple times per week.

The resort is in a great location in Khao Lak, well maintained, has everything you want, like a great pool & nice gym. At the price we paid, was a great value for money. It was clean and the staff were very kind and happy to accommodate. Breakfast was well rounded as well. They decorated the room nicely for our honeymoon. Would be happy to stay again.

Fantastic location. Beach on doorstep. Massages, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. I actually wouldn't book anywhere else. Breakfast was amazing. Could not ask for anything else, every taste catered for and more....... Room was amazing. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff. Beautiful. So many Sawadee Ka's every day. So sweet. Bed turned town each night. A little note and sweet left. Our anniversary was made extra special by a beautiful bed display, a bath filled with petals and candles......
