The mattress were to hard for my personal liking. And my shower should fluctuate hot and cold and wouldn’t stay constant for more than a minute.

No small tables beside poolside beds, or any loungers for that matter, to put belongings on.

Pools were cold (that is life). Mosquitos (that is nature) Last night was party that didn't allow good sleep - this is Resort mistake.

Built to be enjoyable, comfortable. Value for money makes sense. Good room, good pools and direct access to sea. If you come over to relax, it will work perfect for you.

Location! Access into the pools is poor. There is a pub onsite which never opens. One main restaurant that only serves Italian food. The pool bar is right next to where they have now crammed in kids slides etc. The pool by the beach often has kids bombing and diving. No pool attendant to stop this. No convenience shop. Need to budget for taxis everywhere as nothing in reasonable walking distance. The hotel lacks any atmosphere in the evenings as few people stick around due lack of any evening facilities.

As often in Thailand, the overall experience is decent, but still far from premium hotels service in other countries. At this price level, one would expect more: always the same problems in the bathrooms with low water pressure, and the water not draining properly (wrong tiles slope !). The music in the common areas waking you up at 7am every day is a killer ! Limited parking space around the premises.

Overall good service and decent hotel, great facilities and swimming pools. Hotel room was spacious and well maintained Breakfast was awesome

A bit far from Pattaya centre and from any stores or shops a part from seven eleven. Bad smiling, especially at night, it seams coming from the sewage system. Although you can communicate with the staff but the English language is limited.

Small toddler's slide has an annoying bucket/fountain that splashes over you when you are on/close to it. We were with two 2-years olds who love slides, so I had to be there for their safety. And it was annoying to get a cold splash over my head every 30 seconds, while I didn't want to wet my hair. Very cold tiles in rooms. They could improve their pizza - to put less cheese at least. Very small elevator. All rest was good.

Beds, kid's facilities (indoor playroom, outdoor playground), beach, breakfast - these are all two thumbs up!

Eastern Europe’s leaving their towels on the loungers first thing and then walk away. Just leaving their towel they thought they owned it for the day.

The staff from the bell boys to the cleaners were excellent. Every single staff member was ever so helpful.
