The container rooms are tiny & cramped, and piled 2 stories high all around the pool, so the whole place has a claustrophobic feeling. Expensive for what you get.

The rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast is ok. Complimentary coffee & tea always available I liked the novelty of stepping from our room into the pool, but the disadvantage of that is that anyone else in the pool is right outside your door.

The bed was firm, which I love but i imagine some people may not enjoy that.

The ac in the box really struggled to keep it cool. Felt a tad he warm all the time (this coming from a couple that prefer a good fan than ac)

The room was not family friendly. My husband slipped on the first step of the staircase coming down. The railing was wobbly at the top. Had to constantly watch our toddler. The room also would not cool down enough. We had to request another fan.

Bathroom was very basic and water was Luke warm.

A unique design. Was as expected and as described. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. We had two rooms, bunk and double as we had our two children (7, 9). Bunks were king single size. Good location. Kids loved the pool and games.

Nothing - it suited our purpose perfectly. I imagine the room could get a little hot if you stayed, its very small but perfect if you just wanted to get your head down, or like us, to drop bags while we grabbed food and swam.

Needed somewhere to drop bags and chill for a few hours while we waited for the night train to Bangkok so didnt stay the whole night. For £17 we couldnt go wrong. It's a cool little hotel made from containers so perfect for this purpose. The swimming pool was fab to cool off in, and the owner was lovely - he arranged and paid for our cab to the station as we werent staying the whole night! There was free coffee available and our child LOVED the lucky dip game.

Hotel with an interesting concept, each room consist of a container. Fully functional, works well. Nice pool and outdoor sitting area, helpful staff. We would stay there again.

The bathroom could use some renovation.

The staff were great and were more than happy to prepare a breakfast box for our very early departure. They also helped us book our boat transfer. The pool was very nice!

Excellent idea to build a hotel out of old shipping containers. Very charming accommodation. Ships and restaurants are just around the corner. Breakfast is good and parking available.

My only complaint was the airconditioner had a loud clicking sound which made it difficult to sleep but I told the reception staff so hopefully it was fixed.

The shipping container room was very good and unique and over looked the pool with its own balcony and seat. The pool was very clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and shower very good. Location was good near restaurants and market and 5 minutes walk to the van in the morning. The staff were good and helped me out with some questions I had and called the van company to check a van was going on this day. I think it was good value for the money and a nice place to stop for a night on my way south and I would recommend this hotel.
