Some of the staff at the restaurant were not very attentive. Staff in the reception were very nice and kind. The location is not the best, so it’s good if you just want to relax at the hotel but not much to do or to see around, you need to drive to get somewhere.

The only thing is it’s kinda far from the city center but they have bikes for free & grabs easily available.

EVERYTHING! This hotel was perfection. Modern, classy, flawless service, relaxing, and just beautiful! The hotel ended up being the destination and I even cancelled a tour to spend more time enjoying the hotel.

Pool water amazing. Only thing I remember thinking was the tile could use a good brushing.

Loved the access to the swimming pool from the balcony. Sunsets. Breakfast. Size of the rooms. Good vibes here at every turn.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room was excellent, we were in building 1 with a corner room, it had access to the pool. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Only downside I can mention is that they were having construction next to the property and that often gave some noise but that’s about it.

What a beautiful hotel. We had a king room overlooking the river. It was amazing. We stayed two nights on the other side of the river prior and it was lovely to stay in the calm by the river as well. It is a three minute walk to the blue temple and we rode the complimentary bikes around the neighbourhood. The staff were wonderful and the pool was incredible with comfy loungers and tons of space. We would stay here again without fail.

The report was incredibly clean. The stars were all very friendly and welcoming and I felt very comfortable at any location on the premises. The room was incredible and made relaxation easy to do. It was relatively central but a bit out of the main area so a bit quieter from traffic noise which was great.

The spa facilities have to be booked at one hour prior. When we went up the spa area to see the setting, it’s closed! Hotel reception told us we have to book n no walk in!! The hotel faces the Kok River. Should do up n improve the river deck so that guests can enjoy. Wished the pool could be heated especially for the winter months which is also the peak season!!

Construction. The hotel has a major contruction site next to it. The property sells itself as calm, quiet, relaxing in a serene location. Which it is until the pounding noise begins and takes away those key elements. The front reception area felt like an office space and approaching the staff felt like you were distrubing them while they worked in their office. Was a bit impersonal.

The housekeeping and restaurant staff were very professional, kind, and well trained. Breakfast was good with many options. Had dinner at their restaurant, Varee three days in a row. The location is close enough to motorbike or taxi to the center and walkable to the Blue Temple. There's a charming dessert shop with delicious pastries called Esther's. Within a 10 minute walk through the back entrance of the Blue Temple onto the main road and then a left. Something you'd see in New York, Tokyo, or Paris. But instead in charming Chiang Rai. Worth a visit.

Leaving!

Everything! The hotel & amenities were lovely, the staff were polite & helpful, the food was delicious, the spa services (massages) were top shelf, our room overlooked the river & it was beautiful with a comfy bed & awesome pillows (yes pillows - 2 each with different firmness, made for wonderful sleeps), and the grounds were beautiful … it was truly all amazing.

The toilet in the room is slippery especially when you get out off the bathtub.

Swimming pool outdoors is long and narrow, but it is not heated. Water is cold when we visited in January.

A relatively new hotel. Room comfortable, looking out to the river. Breakfast is very good. Close to the blue temple (5 min walk). Bazaar is further off (short taxi ride). We used Grab for taxi which is convenient. We find that Chaing Rai people may not speak good English. Staff gave us info on tours and we did private tour with Black Dragon tours. Very nice. Nice restaurant within walking distance (also by the river).
