Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The breakfast is a bit pricey.
Great location - easy to get anywhere, and a lovely park opposite. Really comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.

At times it was a little loud because there is some kind of streetfood market nearby and people there constantly play loud music. However, the hotel is not responsible for that and the market isn't run every day as it seems. It may also be quieter depending on in which room you reside.
Very clean hotel, haven't seen any dirt or a single insect in the room. Really friendly, caring and helpful staff that always greets you when passing by the reception. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay like a blow dryer, coffee, water boiler, minibar etc. The hotel staff safely stores your luggage in the lobby if needed, even long after check-out. Would definitely recommend and book here again!

Everything was fine.
The room was very comfortable. Nice bed. Everything was clean and worked. View was of the building next door but that's pretty usual in Bangkok. There was no construction that I could hear - other reviews say there were but it was very quiet. Good location. Easy to walk to Skytrain. Direct line to the main shopping malls and to Chatuchak. Staff were friendly. No complaints.

The only suggestion for improvement would be for better lighting in the room.
Our room was quite large with both a bedroom and living room. We had lots of space to spread out. The workers were very helpful and tried hard to accommodate us even with the language disconnect. Breakfast was good and we were even able to order dinner one night. After a very long day of sightseeing, a great massage spa is nearby.

Goog hotel, good staff, big clean nice room. Very good location - 10 min from BTS station Victory Monument, 3 stops from Siam Station. A lot of food places around. Nice park just opposite the hotel. Clean and calm neighborhood. Everything was ok. Will come back.

New building being constructed next door - may impact privacy in the future. Bathroom lights were a bit dim.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room, with a balcony overlooking a park. Helped booking a grab taxi to the airport.

There was a construction site outside the window. It didn't bother us, because the sound was not so loud, and most of the time we were walking in the city. However, for those who like to sleep longer, this can clearly interfere. The lighting in the room is not very bright, however, we did not experience any difficulties with this.
Lovely clean room. The hotel is located next to an excellent park. Near the metro station and bus stops. We were met by very caring staff. Helped to print personal files for free.

The room and bathroom need to furnish or a little touch up. I missed their level 1 massage parlar which opened till 12am before covid.
Their breakfast and the location as it is located in small lane and opposite a park. Very quite. But along the main road has lots of eateries which spolit with choices. Nearby has 1 massage parlor provide good and cheap services.
