The owner was very kind and helpful. Our flight got rescheduled so we had to check out at 3am in the morning, still she managed to return us the security deposit which was very kind of her. Also the hotel was in walking distance from the Bangla walking street and patong beach, which was a great advantage for us. If you book island tours too, patong is easily in their location list. Also buses are available from the airport to patong beach which was also a plus point. Overall loved the experience.

It was noisy at times,,however we knew this would be so and sometimes is the price you pay for being central.It did stop though and didn't effect our Time here.

Our room was on the third floor. You have to climb a fairly steep staircase. There was no beam in the closet for hanging clothes, which created inconvenience. The staff sometimes came into the room in our absence. The noise from the street is heard around the clock, because this is the center of Patong. This must be taken into account when choosing. It didn't spoil the holiday🤗

Check-in went well, they take deposit. The apartments are suitable for maximum two people. There is in 2 minutes from the market and 5 minutes from the large shopping center JungleCeilon. They change towels and clean up on request. There is clean. There is in 10 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to BunglaRoad. There are massage parlors and currency exchange offices nearby. Hhe room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and teapot. Hairdryer is provided on request.

There is a 1” hole in the ceiling above the shower that should be filled in. I don’t think it is of concern but it does give you a creepy vibe. The bed was a bit hard, and the windows and doors did not keep the noise out. We were on the second floor and activity and traffic outside was loud till at least 2 am.

The location was close to the Mauy Thai stadium, shopping mall and the night market. So much to do in Patong. Check in was easy and the hosts were very nice.

Id say some of the things are worn, lamp was broken, bottom of bed was broken but I wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel so didnt really bother me as I was happy with everything else for the price it cost.

Excellent value for money in the heart of Patong. Look no more, you will get a very comfortable room with a nice balcony overlooking the streeet and within walking minutes from the fish market and Jungceylon, an impressive shopping mall. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all times, and you can get nice deals for tours, motorbike and car rental.

The only small downside is they don’t provide toiletries and hairdryer so remember to bring your own.

* Furniture: There is no table in the room so you either have to put everything on the floor or organize necessary stuff on a small wooden board below the mirror. This is inconvenient if you pack a lot of stuff in your luggage. * Staff: The owner of the hotel simply does not care about customer. First of all, I cannot find the location of the hotel on Google Map as it only shows "Motorbike for Rent" not "Room for Rent". Even the Bolt driver could not locate the hotel properly. He simply dropped me at "Cozy Residence Hotel" which is very very far from the real destination. It's just very terrible when you could not locate the hotel you have booked for while in the middle of Nanai Road. I asked for the help of the local and all of them said that the address is wrong. Eventually, the lady at the massage shop helps me finding the hotel by taking me on her own motorbike. Secondly, the phone number to contact on booking.com is unable to reach. I called the owner for help but nothing happened. What I got is only reply from automatic system saying that the number is wrong??? Even worse, I text the owner using chat function on booking.com application. No reply whatsoever... I mean like what the hell is this?? After you have paid for the room in advance (using Visa), you figure out that it is wrong location, wrong address, wrong phone number, no reply!!! If I have not paid in advance, I would simply cancel for another hotel nearby. It was a very bad experience...

* Room: The room is very big. It's so huge for a solo traveler. It has the window, the balcony which is very nice to see the outside road. The lighting is good, too. You could even study if you want. * Bed: The mattress is hard (not too hard) which is my personal preference. Most of the hotel have soft mattress, which I find uncomfortable as you feel like sinking down while sleeping. * Bathroom: Very clean, strong water. * Location: Perfect location as it is close to the main road and the shopping mall nearby. Even though it is in the busy area it is very quiet.

Staff were rude and unwelcoming. I have never experienced a lady as rude as the woman who works on the reception, and I have travelled to over 20 different countries. There were bugs in the room, ants everywhere and mosquitos. One of the lights didn’t work in the room, the bathroom has a terrible smell of drains and the bed felt like sleeping on a rock. The room was very cheap so we had low expectations however I wouldn’t even say it was worth the price with the way the staff treated us and the condition of the room. Charged us 1000TB for a towel with sun cream on, and were extremely rude towards us as two young girls backpacking

The room was full of little ants, even in the bathroom. The shower was right in front of the toilet which seemed little unhygienic. And also the room smelled like wet towell.

The staff was really great. They even stored our luggages the last day ans gave us a free water. Big plus for them.
